Alaska, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico carry a surcharge. Unfortunately Freight items do not qualify for free shipping. Depending on the item, it may have a handling time of 1-5 business days from the time the paypal payment is received & cleared. Returns Refunds will be granted for items returned within the specified time frame and will be subject to a20% restocking fee(to cover original shipping and fees). An item must be returned in the same condition it left here and with its original box (where this applies). Any new item that upon return shows signs of use will not be eligible for a refund. In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option. No refund on deposits or unwanted special order parts or special "cut" items. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refunded.
