I will be coming back to this hotel. Very clean. Beds were comfortable.

You're greeted and register on a computer. We had not been given an accessible room and I use a wheelchair. Our confirmation noted this. The computer finally gave us one on the second floor, but the elevator was out. The computer found an accessible room on the 1st floor, but charged us $20 extra because accessible rooms cost more. Ill never go back.

Average but generally clean hotel in good location. Stay was spoiled by a ludicrous check in system via a video camera machine causing delays. Sadly won’t use again if that system persists.

The check- in was virtual; it was too impersonal as there was no one around. Having to wait for the $100 deposit credit for three business days is inconvenient.Furthermore, the employees who tried to help or answer questions spoke little to no English.The pool was dirty with debris floating in it. Most upsetting, there were no tongs to choose the breads, muffins, and croissants. In this day and age, this is unconscionable. Its redeeming quality - The cleaning crew had done a good job as the room was quite clean.

Is fine for a couple evenings stay. Nothing special but does have nice pillows and beds were comfortable. The check in was a little different as it was the first online check in for me.

None of the HDMI charge ports worked. The receptacles do not hold a charger. The restroom door blocks entry to use the toilet. Breakfast is poorly set up and tastes terrible.

I did not use the Hotel mentioned above. My dad had passed away, and I was unable to fly and stay at the hotel. I canceled my reservation immediately after this unforeseen sorrowful journey arose. Now, it's over three weeks, and unfortunately, my refund credit still has not been updated on my credit card account yet. It should be noted that I am a regular customer of *******, and I kindly request for my payment to be refunded to my credit card account please.

it was very clean but we didn't like to speak with a screen for the check in and check out. There was nobody to help us with the breakfast and it was more than minimalist

Things are good there, but, I greatly dislike the check-in process. I don't like walking in and having to do everything by a remote screen. Just my personal preference

The "front desk" is a kiosk monitored by someone from who knows where. Room had a dehumidifier that was nearly full. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. There was remnants of a plug left in a receptacle.

This is a good clean budget motel. Room was comfortable and clean. Good location for visiting town of Fort Meyers.

One big broken window cracked from top to bottom. Staff agree to discount on ******* price for us We demanded due to no more king size bed on second floor to switch to . This a room security issue . Window should be fixed before next customer . Thanks for your attention and some refund ASAP.

Taking longer than expected to get deposit back and had to use a kiosk to check out but it went smooth. I am just a face to face person. Room had been updated and was clean but there was no shampoo or conditioner as most places I’ve stayed. Wish the breakfast had eggs, sausage and bacon but I would stay here again

It wasn’t terrible definitely not a bad place to stay if you plan to be out all day during stay.
