John Newsome and Larry W. Osborne officiating.

a Burial will be in Rosedale Cemetery under direction of Croley Funeral Home, Gladewater. Mr. Rotramel died March 30. He was born Oct. 22, 1914, in Sulphur Springs to Joseph Henry and Allie Leona Rotramel.

He was a graduate of Cumbie High School and East Texas' State Teachers College, now Texas at Commerce. He was the first Eagle Scout of the Oil Belt Council, receiving his award on June 22, 1929, and completing his Bronze Palm in 1930. He was Scout master for Troup 196 in Gladewater. He and his wife owned and operated Builder's Supply in Gladewater for 37 years. He was a P3 engineer and instructor in the Signal Core in Dundalt, during World War II.

John Russo WILLS POINT Graveside services for John Anglo Russo, 80, Wills Point, are scheduled for 1 p.m. Tuesday at White Rose Cemetery with the Rev. Scott McKay officiating under direction of Hiett's LyBrand Funeral Home, Wills Point. Mr. Russo died March 30 in RUSSO Terrell.

He was born Aug. 13, 1922, in Italy to Emilo and Natanizia Meo Russo. He was a clerk for Texas Union Pacific Railroad and retired in 1979 after 30 years of service. He worked as a greeter for WalMart and owned and a restaurant in the Dallas operated, was a member of Masonic Lodge 366 in Wills Point, United Methodist Church, Houston and attended Russell Memorial UMC. Survivors include his wife, Edith Iolene Russo, Wills Point; son, Johnny Russo, Austin; stepson, Gerald Turk, Tennessee; sisters, Franca Brown, Mesquite, Maria Barcellini and Lina Pepe, both of Italy; brothers, Aldo Russo, Waxahachie, Tony Russo, Italy; and four granddaughters.

Brian McClosky Sr. RUSK Memorial services for Brian Joseph McClosky 45, Rusk, will be held at a later date. Mr. McClosky died March 28 at his residence. He was born Oct.

30, 1957, in El Paso and resided in Rusk and Jacksonville most of his life. He was employed with TDCJ in Rusk for 2 and one-half years where he received employee of the month at the Coffield Unit. He served in the Navy and was preceded in death by his sister, Kathy Brannon. GILLEY The infant was born and died March 27, 2003. He was an active member of First UMC in Gladewater. for more than 50 years, a member of Men's Bible Class and served as financial secretary and on the board of trustees. He preceded in death by his daughter, Sondra June Rotramel Dismukes, four brothers and three sisters. Survivors include his wife of 67 years, Katherine Rotramel, Gladewater; son, Kirk Rotramel, Gladewater; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. He attended Dunbar schools in Littlefield and served in the Navy during World War II and was awarded, a Victory Medal. He moved to Kilgore 1949 where he worked at Marshall Supply and retired from Safeway stores after 35 years of service. 'He was preceded in death by his daughter, Libbie Nealy, brother, Vernon McCarty and sister, Thelma Morgan.

Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Lucille McCarty, Kilgore; daughters, Bobbie DeJohnette, Inglewood. Mrs. Gardner died March 30 in a Jacksonville hospital. She was born Feb. 28, 1915, in She graduated from Draughon's Business College in April 30, 1941. A 78-year resident of San Antonio, she had lived in Rusk for 11.

years. She was a member of Baptist Temple in San Antonio and retired in 1971 from Civil Service as secretary with 17 years of service. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Betty Gregory and grandson, Rick Hunter. Tolar died March 30 in a Hutchinson hospital. She was born Nov. 27, 1910, in Paoli, to Henry and Grace Goldsborough Odam and lived in Hutchinson since 1932. She he graduated from La Crosse High School and attended Hutchinson Community College. She was one of the first women in real estate sales in Hutchinson, and served 30 years, retiring from -McNaughten Realty in 1981.

She was a member of First United Church and United Methodist Women Circle 4. She was a 50-year member of Order of Eastern Star, Silver Leaf Chapter No. 464, and served as past matron of Acacia Chapter No. 37 OES and past grand marshal of the State of Kansas. Her husband of 50 years, Ralph H.

Tolar; stepfather, Lee Thomas; guardians, Henry L. and Clara Anderson; and half-sisters, Dorothy Thomas, Thomas and Betty Ruth Thomas preceded her in death. Survivors include her sons, Byron L. Tolar, Tyler, and Robert H. Tolar, Hutchinson, eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to First UMC or United Methodist Youth Fellowship, Hutchinson, in care of the mortuary. Gail Strickland VAN Services for Neva Gail Barton Strickland, 45, Kaufman, are scheduled for 2 p.m. Wednesday at Hilliard Funeral Home, Van, with Brothers L.E.

Gage and Doyle Henderson officiating. Burial will be in Union Chapel Cemetery. Mrs. Strickland died March 29 at her residence. She was born July 30, 1957, in' Dallas.

She lived in Kaufman two years moving from Henderson County. She was a member of Full Gospel Church in Dallas and a homemaker. Survivors include her James Strickland, Fort Worth, Larry Strickland, Peel Town, David Barton, Seven Points; mother and stepfather, Lilyan: and Richard Mason, Seven' Points; father and stepmother, Brother J.B. and Bernice Barton, Balch Springs; brothers, Michael Barton, Dallas, Mark Barton and Steve Barton, both of Mesquite; stepbrothers, Troy Glover, Athens, Leroy Happner, Colorado; sister, Deborah Rogers, Mabank; stepsisters, Helle Hobing, Oklahoma, Iretta Woelley, Seagoville, Tressa Davis, Virginia. Pallbearers will be Terry Clark, Jerry Clark, David Barton and James Strickland.

Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home..
