    Nick Arvanitis

    Director of Business Development, Great Lakes Region

    A graduate of Columbia College Chicago, Nick has over 17 years of sales experience with 13 years in animal health. Originally from Michigan, he now lives in Chicago’s western suburbs with his wife, two children, and dog Nellie. Nick’s focus as Director of Business Development is to work with veterinary hospital owners in the Great Lakes Region to assist them in their decision to join the CVP community. When he’s not working, Nick loves trying new restaurants, traveling, and attending live concerts and sporting events.

    Jenny Baker

    Director of Strategic Communication

    Jenny B. is our communication maven, resident story-sharer, and lover of cake. CVP has a rich history and a compelling future that deserve to be shared. Baker works with our teams to capture those important moments that inspire, invite, and engage. She lives on 530 acres in Chattanooga, TN with her kids, husband, and Vizsla, Forest (and yes, Jenny and Forest run together.)

    Dr. Randy Bimes

    Chair, Medical Advisory Board

    Randy brings over 30 years of veterinary experience to his role as Chair of CVP’s Medical Advisory Board; where he is responsible for leading a group of CVP veterinarians that provide support and guidance to our community on matters related to the delivery of quality medical care. Active in practice, Randy currently leads the large animal group at Quakertown Veterinary Clinic, where he has a strong focus on equine medicine and surgery. In his free time, Randy enjoys playing ice hockey and spending time with his family which includes two dogs, two cats, and a horse.

    Andrea Crum, DVM

    Vice President of Professional Relations

    Dr. Crum, DVM is a 2008 Auburn University Graduate with 15 years of small animal veterinary experience. She served as the Lead Veterinarian at Eastside Animal Hospital for over five years and was an active member of CVP’s Medical Advisory Board for four years before transitioning into her new role as VP of Professional Relations. She now supports our growing network of doctors and practice managers in areas such as elevating care, education, training, and more, while continuing to practice in her community.

    Based in Southern Indiana, Dr. Crum and her husband of 12 years, Ryan, have three children, Claire, Malcolm, and Corinne— as well as a 14-year-old Yorkipoo, Milhouse, and a 2-year-old Golden Retriever, Walter.

    Madelyn Gentile

    Junior Accountant

    Maddie is a graduate of Saint Joseph's University where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in accounting. During those four years, she completed two summer internships and brings that experience into her role as a junior accountant, where she works closely with CVP hospitals to provide accounting support. She was also a member of the Saint Joseph’s University Cheerleading Team and spent her college weekends cheering courtside for the Men’s Basketball Team. Outside of work, she enjoys working out, hanging out with friends, and spending time with her family.

When not in the Support Center, you can find her trying new restaurants, traveling, and hiking with her fur baby, Mushroom.

    Regional Director of Operations

    James has 25+ years of operations experience, 8 of which have been in veterinary medicine. At CVP, James oversees the operations of animal hospitals within the states of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Outside of work James enjoys watersports, managing his family's timber farm, traveling the US with his fiancée and hiking the Appalachian trail with his yellow lab, Honey.

    Danielle brings close to a decade of experience working in the veterinary industry to her role as University Relations Specialist at CVP. She enjoys connecting with students, utilizing what she has learned through the years to help facilitate externships, work with student ambassadors, and develop and refine new opportunities to help students further explore their passion for medicine and build relationships at CVP hospitals. Outside of work Danielle enjoys trying new coffee shops, traveling, going to outdoor concerts, and relaxing at home in Chicago with her perfectly mischievous dogs and cat: Banjo, Oliver, and Smokey.

    Chris brings 16 years of experience in strategic financial leadership into his role as Chief Financial Officer. He has been the CFO for private equity-backed organizations such as MD Now Urgent Care and Women's Care, a leading national OB/GYN provider. He also led 1,000+ retail and franchise locations in North America in the vision care space as the CFO for Pearle Vision, Target Optical, & Sears Optical. He started his career with General Electric where he held a variety of senior leadership positions in their Aviation business unit.
