We went here for brunch (around 10AM), and there is a long line already. Staff is very accommodating, but it's pretty hard to get their attention since the place is packed. Eating here is an experience, you get to use your hands to eat the food, and the people around you use their hands as well, the experience is very communal. Food tastes amazing, spices are not overpowering, it's just the perfect blend. Masala is really good.

Marc Jimenez — Google review

Read a lot of reviews to taste authentic South Indian food and was happy to go here. The food is tasty and coffee is good. Sometimes there is a huge crowd waiting, service is pretty quick. Would recommend for good South Indian food .

Monica — Google review

This place was a little gem. The food and the service was great. Very good value for money and the portion sizes are generous. It's a must try if you visit little India in Singapore.

Ali A — Google review

It is an icon, after all. We went upstairs as one of us wanted a thali.A bit tricky getting up and down the narrow staircase. Would have thought there would have been improvements made during the reno.Service was outstanding.Rocket prata disappointingly mushy. The rest of the food is childhood fare and we love it always have.Fantastic menuThe assortment of people is really testament to how awesome this stalwart of SouthIndian Singapore cuisine is.Service was superb, perhaps because my elderly mother is adorable.

Carolyn Street-Johns — Google review

A delight to every South Indian dish that’s being presented! The restaurant holds the legacy with not just the location, the interior but also to the taste with food. We tried a few variations including the famous meal and biriyani. A must try will be the meal combo, served hot. We had to wait for around 30 mins to get seated but it’s worth the wait.. ground floor and first floor has seating capacity. The prices are very reasonable for the quantity being served. Will definitely recommend this place for all South Indian vegetarian fans!

Kishore Balasubramanian — Google review

One of old & best South Indian restaurants at little India. In Singapore the best dosa İdil poori all are here. PM Modi & lots of other celebrities visited this restaurant. The prices are reasonable. The staff service are good

Allen Kurian — Google review

Really flavorful and affordable vegetarian food. Service is quick. You can't go wrong with any orderThe "chicken" masala was the highlight

Yuchen L — Google review

This place has various options of South Indian food here. The set menu is enough for 2 persons. The rest of the dishes are simply good in taste. I love the mini idly rasam. Idly was just perfect, so Gulabjamun, too. They both just melted in mouth. We saw a waiting line and afterward it was fine. Don't miss the place. This place has got good crowds and tourists too. This place not at all far from the Little India MRT.

We visit Komala Villas whenever we arrive in Singapore. We enjoy their vegetarian dishes. Whilst on this trip there was a queue at the restaurant but it moved quickly with help of their staff, a fair Indian lady who came out to give a drink to everyone while we were waiting to be seated. She was also making sure the take away was managed timely at the same time the tables were attended to . She was very conscientious in her work and friendly.

First time trying Southern Indian food - didn’t disappoint! Loved the sides of chickpea curry and tomato chutney, and the palak paneer and veg jalfrezi were so rich 😋 And the poori!! Was yum on its own, and great for sopping up the sauces.Am a bit basic so I had to get their naan… and no complaints - was just the right amount of chewy and thick without being tough!Got stuffed, and only paid $13.15 per pax. Will be back!!

Damn good Indian vegetarian restaurant. Ultra fast service and fresh food served. Super affordable and friendly and helpful service. I will come back soon.

Minimum budget for 1 : 15-20 SgdSeevice : GoodAmbience : GoodWaiting time : yes (15-30minutes )Kids seating : availableRecommendable : yesThe place was packed when I visited. Waited around 30 minutes to get in as there was long waiting que. Food was good, service was okay.Chilly paneer was hard, chilly gobi was good, vegetable pualo was good, daal was really good. Overall good experience.

Serving authentic tosai - had the podi thosai (spicy!), ghee thosai (so buttery) and butter paneer tosai (very interesting texture). My favorite part of this is the incredible coriander chutney that comes with all the thosai. Masala chai is fragrant, served in the traditional metal cups. The place gets very busy--good to go early or you'll typically have to stand in line

Mei Yi Yeap — Google review

Amazing taste, you have to go try! Good speedy service, nice to just have veggie dishes. All great flavour and good service. If you have to time go eat here.We waited around 10mins for table but 100% worth the wait- I saw some evenings the queue looked longer so just make sure you go in time.

Matt Craven — Google review

After a long travel, nothing gives more comfort than a nice India food. It was busy but we got the table quickly, there was no waiting. The staff was extreme friendly and their service was amazing …Highly recommend for those who love Indian food

Sweta Joshina — Google review

I saw this on a food travel show and immediately wanted to try it out. There was a short queue but seated after 5min or so wait. Service was friendly and no fuss. Dining area is simple but as expected.Definitely lived up to expectations with amazing, fresh, authentic and tasty food. I had the dosai meal which had 3 curries, some chutneys, Daal, sambar, and even a sweet sago coconut pudding. Amazing flavours, colours and spices. A generous meal which was thoroughly enjoyable. For a sweet finish I tried the almond hawa and milk kova which were both new to me. Very sweet but had their own unique taste and texture which hit the spot. One improvement would be to use less plastic for serving food - lots of little plastic containers on my meal set and for sweets.Overall a great experience and will definitely be recommending and be back.

Paolo B — Google review

This place truly never disappoints! It’s one of my favorite spots in Singapore, I especially love it for late breakfast/early lunch. No wonder there’s a line so often!! But don’t worry, the line moves super quickly and it’s so worth it. My favorite thing is the ghee masala dosa and chapati plate- the raita in that one is so different than any other I’ve tried but it’s so good! Their cauliflower side dish was also delicious. I would also highly recommend to get a lime juice with your meal and to try their coffee after. You can also feel that they don’t add too much oil as even though it’s filling, it’s still quite light. A must visit in Little India.

Zuzanna Szostak — Google review

OG of paper thosai. Look at how gigantic it is. I have to tame it. Freshly made and super crispy, just like how I imagine it to be. Masala tea in its original form was flavorful but too sweet for me, recommend you guys to ask for less sugar or go sugarless.Throwing out a date idea for my fellow friends to go hunt for authentic Indian food at little india on a Sunday 😎

TF — Google review

Famous South Indian vegetarian restaurant that serves up delicious dosai and rice meals at decent prices. They’ve been around since 1947. We enjoyed the mysore masala dosai and Rawa dosai, and three types of curries and chutney/sambar come with it. Side dishes were butter paneer and Manchurian Gobi, both absolutely yummy! For dessert, we tried rasmalai, a cheese pudding in sweet saffron infused milk. Plus Masala tea to wrap up dinner is a must, with its spice flavours, its good aid for digestion. We will be back!

S Law — Google review

Food here is good, not that very bad. Service got to improve. Environment can be cramped and noisy. Pricey but still okay, you pay what you asked for. I was served food first, even finished up eating the foods but drinks were served after 5-10 after finishing up my meals. Masala tea arrived 30-40 minutes late upon ordering. This is not acceptable at all. And never even apologized for serving the drinks late. I ordered one ice tea and one masala tea. Also, I personally feel the standard of the food have dropped a lot. Used to patronize here often but I think it's about time that the service and food taste is falling apart.Overall food is 7.5/10.Service is 3/10.Environment is 4.5/10.This review is based on my honest opinion.

Salman Al-Farisi — Google review

This place has been around decades and with good reason. If there is a line don't fret it moves pretty quick. Cheap, delicious food, what's not to like. Great service, everyone is friendly and its super fast too. Dosas are a must try but get as much as you can because it's all so good. Also worth noting this place opens at 7am and is a fantastic but under-rated spot for a delicious and cheap breakfast that will keep you going all day

Restaurant

This Indian vegetarian restaurant is always crowded and popular with foreigners who enjoy Indian food. There are many vegan options on the menu, which are just as tasty and reminiscent of Indian flavors. Before ordering, be sure to ask the staff for their speciality dish that day - you might be surprised! The Changi Airport Terminal 2 branch is the oldest, but there are other locations throughout Singapore.

One of the popular South Indian breakfast places of Singapore. The food preparation is Tamil style and quantity is apt.Overall the taste, quality and hygiene was good and rates were genuine.

Deepanshu Sharma — Google review

I've been to this outlet of Anand bhavan countless number of times for a quick bite after shopping at Mustafa for groceries. While it is good for typical south Indian snacks, I did not find it that appealing to write a review. But today the experience I had was so amazing that I had to share with everyone.Food - I ordered idli sambhar (small idlis dipped in sambhar with generous amount of ghee). Not sure if it was because I was very hungry but today this humble bowl of idli sambhar tasted exactly like home cooked dish. Idlis were supersoft and sambhar was pretty good in taste too. To my utter amazement, I was served by a 'robot' ; it was really fascinating to see that a robot is serving customers at their table.I plan to take my kid during next visit for this humble idli sambhar bowl and the 'robo' server.

Sanketa Salunke — Google review

Too much crowded with a large variety of food options available. There was a line to order the food at the cash counter. They had a menu available from the display only.Food tatse is good. Table service as well as robot will also deliver the food. Clearing out the dishes immediately after finishing food is good. The lady who takes an order is not that polite but quite fast. Must try is idli. Loved it.

Pooja A — Google review

I've always wanted to try this place whenever I walk past to get to mustafa and I finally have! I love the masala thosai but the masala portion was rather small. I got the set meal which comes with many different curries. I didn't finish them all but I did try them all. I would just stick to the regular ones next time without the set meal. Masala tea was okay. Not the best but okay. It wasn't very sweet so that's good.

Khai (Khai's Diary) — Google review

Food was mediocre considering the price, ordered the Ghee paper thosai and vadai. Served by a robot which was pretty cool. Otherwise service at counter was rude and requested for takeaway was terribly rude. I will not visit again. There are better options down the road

Adelina Pillai — Google review

Good South Indian taste vegetarian restaurant. You can order chat items too. They have implemented new tray and food serving robo, it reaches the correct table to deliver/serve the food. Filtered water dispenser with disposable cups at the corner near to wash room. Its opposite to Mustafah and it is mostly crowded as it is one of the few vegetarian's dining options around this place.

Suvega S — Google review

Well known for very good South Indian food. I usually visit them when ever I go to Little India.People who are used to the hustle and bustle of the small restaurants in India wouldn't have any problem dining at this place.I don't usually have a issue with such environments but the last I was there it was terrible. Some of their staffs were involved in bad altercation with each other. Given the open nature of their kitchen it looked very bad and I my opinion was very unprofessional.

Jose Davis Nidhin — Google review

The best indian outlet in Singapore located in Little India.. You will find variety of Indian food here..but it's very famous for it's authentic south indian dishes.we tried here dosa and idly it comes with proper south indian chutneys and sambar..I liked idly manchurian here a must try dish!! Food was awesome and you will really feel Happy to have indian food here ..Owner and staff was so kind they guided us for our shopping..Feel good and proud when we meet Such Indians abroad..This outlet is very famous and our driver told us about this..

Sm G — Google review

I ordered ghee paper masala thosai, vadai and coffee. But the cashier misheard it as ghee paper thosai oops! So I got to try the ghee paper thosai and it was delicious paired with their sambar, coconut and thakkali (tomato) chutney. It became cold very fast which is why I always prefer masala thosai! But the paper thosai had the beautiful crunch to it and I enjoyed it nevertheless! 😋 the vadai was not too great that day, if you're lucky or early, you'll get hot and fresh methu vadais. I was there after 5pm.

Aatiqa Mohamed Ismail — Google review

I brought my parents to this place to eat. The 2 stars is for the food. Other than that, the restaurant is old and a bit run-down. Aircon looked too old and dirty. Washroom and handwash area are poorly maintained and I don't know how people can remember a nice dining experience if they go and wash hands in the end. Onion uthappam had too much of onions and was a big turnoff. Sambar is not tasty. The only entertainment factor is e robot bringing the food. Maybe some reno will be good or at least more thorough cleaning.

Ravina S — Google review

Price: $3.60 (Plain Thosai)Plain Thosai: 5/5Thosai was savoury, crispy, soft and had a good sour flavour.Sambar: 4.5/5Sambar was savoury, flavourful, a little sweet from the vegetables and familiar tasting.Chutney: 5/5The orange chutney was flavourful, tomatoey and a little spicy. The white chutney was quite gingery and sweet from the coconut. The brown chutney tasted peanuty, savoury and was rather spicy.Total score: 14.5/15Add-ons: Masala Tea ($2.60) was fragrant, warm and comforting but could use more spices.Service was fast and I received my thosai within 5 minutes. It will be quicker to get your drinks directly from Counter 1 at the restaurant as they seem slightly short-handed in the drinks area. The lady managing counter 1 is really nice and makes your drinks after seeing your receipt. I saw this as a good thing since I could decide when I wanted to have my masala tea instead of having it served while I was having my thosai. The place was air conditioned and the place can get crowded and is a really bustling place near lunch time. All in all, I enjoyed my brunch of thosai and masala tea at Ananda Bhavan Restaurant (Vegetarian). :)

Matthias Chua — Google review

Food is good, Service is good too. A little improvement can be done in the seating area and hygienic. They could have much better crowd comming in with that.

Harsh Bakshi — Google review

Visited Anand Bhavan, opposite to Mustaffa after a long time few years later. I always recommend to visit and try their menu. This is Indian Vegetarian Resturant, better to try their tiffins items rather than rice items. Service will be quick, though there was a huge rush, served within 10 mins. Tired their Masala Rava Dosa, Mini Sambar Idly, Sambar Vada, Onion Uttappam and Poori set, and allOf them tasted good. Sambar have lot of Brinjals only instead they can add lot of other vegetables also.

Founder Media — Google review

Wrong decision to visit this place and worst was to ask for take away. Just wanted to get idly set take away and thought that it would be fast. But unfortunately, waited for about 30 minutes after payment was made. The place has kitchen next to the washroom entrance and it was smelly and very unpleasant to stand there to wait for my order to be delivered to me. Overall, not very clean place to visit. Observed many foreigners there who might be looking for only vegetarian food and had limited choice rather to be there. I am sure it could be managed better in terms of cleanliness, service, order management for simple stuff. However, I was there after many years and may take me another few years to step in again.

Ravish M — Google review

Vegetarian, affordable n nice restaurant in Singapore. We visited Singapore for a week n went to this restaurant at least 5 times for dinner.I would recommend it who love to eat south Indian food. Quality of food is good. Other cuisine is also available.Service is fast n good.Rates are reasonable.Hygiene is not maintain. But overall food is good.

Aneri Tamboli — Google review

While the food and service were passable, the attitude of the cleaner was a real turn off. Even after being told multiple times he didn't care to clear the plates off the table, and when he came just cleared a few and left. Absolute lazy-a$$ attitude.

Vegetarian restaurant

Japanese restaurant

Herbivore is a Japanese vegetarian restaurant that offers an exquisite set of fine Japanese foods exclusively prepared by a vegetarian, Mr. Ho. The friendly staff remember dietary specifications and the menu has something for every palate. The portions are generous but the ambience is relaxing. It is priced a tad higher than some other vegetarian restaurants, but the food is worth it.

This is the first time I dine at a Japanese vegetarian restaurant. Omg I mind blowing the food is so delicious and the sashimi is so real. I love the tempura udon soup is so delicious. Will definitely dine again. They open at 1130am to avoid long q go earlier if you are having lunch

Wilron Loh — Google review

The restaurant is crowded and there isn’t anything zen with all the crowd and noise. Price wise a bit high compared to similar restaurant. Nevertheless, the service is good and the food is delicious. The noodles and nice and fritters are good too. A little exotic since it is vegetarian with modern Japanese twist.

cys edi — Google review

Overall experience still quite decent. Points to note. 1) Ramen noodle a bit soft. Soup wise taste is there. 2) Crab maki - rice too much feel like only eating rice and cucumber only. 3) Gyoza skin a bit too dry due to deep fry but taste is still on the dot. Didn’t manage to eat all the items but still recommended. Price shown exclude GST and service charge.

david teo — Google review

Quite interesting vegetarian japanese food option! Loved the teriyaki chicken. Soba was not too bad, expected taste. Sashimi was a miss for me though.. tasted like jelly with fish smell. Hotpot was still ok too.Think we didnt order the right menu though. Would be back again to try their sushi but till then, will give 3 stars.

Isabelle Tay — Google review

This was my first time dining in a Japanese restaurant. Amazing vegetarian restaurant! It's located in Fortune Center and it gets full very quickly on the weekends. They have unique concept where almost every thing is vegetarian but it looks and taste exactly like non vegetarian. It has a huge menu and you cand order food online using tab provided at the table. We ordered 5-6 items and all very delicious. Quantity and quality both are good here.Staff is also very polite. I surely recommend this place if you are crossing or live nearby.

Gaurav Sachdeva — Google review

Tasty (but not superb) alternative vegtarian menu, But... price is expensive (minus star). Its a Small place and crowded during meal time, suggest u make a reservation before goin for meal.Service is okay.I wld say all is good, but price is a turn off for the dinning experience.

Siah Hx — Google review

Vegetarian cuisine with a nice atmosphere. My family and I will come to Herbivore whenever we want to have vegetarian Japanese foods. We came here a few times, and like all the dishes we ordered. Highly recommended if you are around this area.

John Choo — Google review

Amazing Japanese vegetarian restaurant! It's located in Fortune Center and unless you are doing takeaway, this place gets full very quickly on the weekends so call ahead to get a place in the queue. Even with a place in the queue, it took us 15 minutes before a table opened up for us.The restaurant has a huge menu and they, very thoughtfully, label the dishes as either dairy or dairy-free so it is easy to pick all the vegan dishes. We ordered seven dishes for four people and were full by the end as the portion sizes are generous. The food is flavorful and you forget, especially with the fried dishes, that there is no meat in any of them.

Derek Mathieson — Google review

Wife brought me in here, I must say hidden gem. The place the moment you enter changes your perspective. Ambiance is quite awesome, staff is very attentive. Tons of food options to choose from we really liked the soup. A bit pricy but I think that worth the service and food you get on table ;) must mention that staff keep an eye and refill your water before you know it. We went on a weekday during lunch time and were able to get a seat but I would assume it would be hard to get during weekends.

Aakash A — Google review

First time visiting this restaurant. Pretty nice ambience with a little Japanese twist. Was surprise on how vegetarian food can be creatively prepared and still pleasing the palate.Though not a vegetarian myself, highly recommend to those who wants to plant for a vegetarian meal with friends or families.

Annie Liu — Google review

Foods are nice but a bit too much sauce which loses the natural food taste. We are a group of 5 and ordered a pot of tea but they wouldn't give me one more cup, which is unreasonable and not flexible. The teriyaki chicken is overcooked and the charred parts taste bitter. Overall the chicken is dry and texture is just like taro sheets.

harrod lawC — Google review

First time dining here and got to say this is one of the better vegetarian food I ate before that taste like real meat. Highly recommended the “Unagi” sushi and “fish” and chip! The bacon asparagus was good too as it was smoky, but I felt that the “bacon” could be thinner. Food is served fast but it would be better if service staff smiles more.

Hazel Nut — Google review

3rd time here. Food is still as good as before. Japanese vegetarian store that actually serves really good food. Prices are on the more expensive side, but I think they are worth the amount I'm paying. Really good place to bring non-vegetarian people to. Would recommend trying their vegetarian sashimi and crab maki.

Kai Hin — Google review

Delicious vegetarian food! Herbivore is a Japanese vegetarian restaurant that serves up various dishes like starters, bentos, sushi, noodles, rice dishes etc. Their food taste quite close to the real deal. Especially the "unagi". It really taste like unagi! The tempura is delicious, doesnt have the old oil taste. Even the "crab" sushi is yummy, but the sushi roll filling is boring and plain. Iirc it was only cucumbers. The cha soba soup is delicious!Portion is decent, tummy get filled fast due to high carbs content. Those on diet should give this place a miss. As this is definitely a treat instead of everyday food. Price is on high side as well. Can get crowded during weekends and weekday evenings.Great for both small and big groups to share. Atmosphere was noisy due to crowds. Couldnt hear my friends while they spoke. But overall great food and experience! :)

Dawn Yang — Google review

A very good vegan Japanese food place. Highly recommend for vegan friends. The food we ordered wes so tasty, especially the vegan version of unagi sushi, the taste was really good, can't figure what was it, but it was made from a type of seaweed.Would like recommend the tea pot soup, really has that umami, put the lime in the pot and slightly poke the lime in the soup, the lime peel smells so fresh when you pour our and drink it. Lovely!

Grace Ooi — Google review

I am not a vegetarian and usually find vegetarian a bit plain and lacking in that dimension of flavour. However, I enjoyed the food at herbivore. Plus point is that it is jap. One hardly finds a jap veg restaurant. I love the maki especially the avocado ones. Superb plating, great taste.Ramen broth is packed with flavour. Loved the mushrooms in the broth. Spring noodles. Though I must say I missed having an onsen egg..haha ramen without egg feels different.Grilled king mushroom was a bit too sweet for me. The sauce overwhelmed the natural flavour of the mushroom.2 ramen, 2 maki and a mushroom is about $95.

Jennifer Teo — Google review

Excellent vegetarian Japanese food but slightly expensive. We visited on a rainy weekend PM and the aircon inside was very strong. Thankfully, we warmed up once the food came!We tried:Gyoza - loved the sauceSpicy ramen - fav out of all ramenRamen - decentAvocado sushi - decentAgedashi tofu - decentNatto - decentAll good are true to picturesAnd love their monstrous Pandan at the cashier

Amazing Japanese vegetarian and vegan restaurant. Great selection of delicious vegan food. All tasted great. Loved the sushi and the soup. Great service with friendly and reasonably priced.

Jiri Vrba — Google review

Avocado Maki, wow, full of surprises. Love the small detail like the sprinkle of black seasame to add the frgrant when u bite into it. The sauce adds the vinegary sourness to enhance the taste. Yaki Gyoza, the filling is mock meat and mushroom. Not oily, nice texture to bite into it, love the mushroom fragrant and taste. Grill sh*take, not bad, a little dry, don't really recommend.

VeganBurg, located at 44 Jalan Eunos, Singapore 419502, is a renowned plant-based burger joint that has gained popularity among ethical eaters and omnivores alike. Founded by entrepreneur Alex Tan in 2010, it has expanded to San Francisco with two additional restaurants. The menu features 100 percent vegan burgers made with soy patties and includes dairy and egg-free cheese, mayo, and aioli.

Calling all Vegan or non-Vegan burger 🍔 lovers! Worth to make a trip to Eunos to experience the award-winning restaurant with lots of variety of vegan burgers. We had tried Chili crab and mushroom burgers, thumbs up to the chili crab!!We will definitely go back to this place to try out for more.

LL MAH — Google review

This is quite the polished vegan fast food joint, I can see why it's so popular! The chili crab burger had a soft bun, a generous and funky sauce, a unique and tasty patty... You really can't ask for much more from a burger experience!I tried the vegan egg separately as was recommended, and yeash it really ought to be tried on its own. Other than the oiliness it is the best vegan fried egg I've had, and pretty close to the real thing, especially the yolk, the texture and flavour of the white were impressive too though

Jalitha Vishika Vithanage (Vish) — Google review

Besides the huge regular menu, there are several monthly specials available 🍔 Besides burgers they also offer sides and desserts. Had a regular burger and one lettuce wrapped - both satisfying and delicious!

David Drößler — Google review

This place has been renovated and it look so much better!!Food was nice especially the chilli crab burger the patty really like crab meatOverall like the vibe and the best view of sunset.

Natnicha S — Google review

Can’t wait to return and try more of their burgers!Had the satay and mushroom burger, with the phish fingers. The peanut sauce did make me feel like I’m eating satay. Love how there’s many veggies like cucumber and even pineapple. So much flavour in one bite! For the mushroom burger, it’s so creamy and the patty was really crispy. Wasn’t expecting that. The phish fingers made me forget that I was in a vegan eatery. The drinks were normal, nothing much.Despite being a Sunday, the place wasn’t crowded at all.

Edrie Boomz — Google review

Love the creamy mushroom burger as a non-vegan! Had the broccoli on the side and added the cheesy garlic fries as well. One of the better burger meals I have had. Enjoyed my meal!

Bernard Koh — Google review

I've been visiting VeganBurg for almost a decade and the quality is consistently excellent. My favourites are the classic Cracked Mayo and Shrooms Burger, as well as their lemonades. I enjoy the ambience too, with wide floor-to-ceiling windows which let natural light in.

Akanksha R — Google review

I got the Barbeque Bacon Burger with the seaweed fries. The fries were great you can’t go wrong with an order of those. The burger was pretty good too, I really liked the sauce and toppings, but I think I’d replace the patty with the impossible burger next time. Still I appreciate a good vegan burger joint, as they’re somewhat few and far between. This place is definitely worth a visit.

mss thinktank — Google review

An interesting vegetarian burger concept. All flavors are very yummy. The buns are quite thick so I always go for the lettuce wrap instead. Fries are good as well. My favorite here are the shroom and chili krab. Friendly owner. There are indoors and outdoors seatings.

Megan Ng — Google review

I recently dined at this vegan restaurant and had a positive experience. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The menu offered a variety of creative flavourful dishes. I would recommend this place to anyone, whether they follow a vegan lifestyle or not, as the food is genuinely enjoyable. The only complain I have is there is not enough parking space.

Sharul — Google review

Really liked the creamy shrooms burger!!! But I’d have to say that the sauce was the MVP — not so much of the patty and the bun. Truffle fries went soggy fast and not worth getting.Would try once more if I lived nearer but wouldn’t go out of my way to try it.

Melissa Soh — Google review

Still prefer this outlet to Woodleigh. Feels more authentic and the atmosphere is just right. A great place to chill with your friends. Tried their seasonal burger (Hainanese chicken-less burger) it was yummy!I have always been ordering their Shroom burger since I was introduced to Veganburg, it's really yummy! Ordered their Chilli Krab burger to try, it's towards the sweet side hence not to my liking. Still prefer SHROOM BURGER 😋😋😋Not sure if we can request the burger to be cut into half so that people with smaller mouth is easier to eat the burger.

Eunice Gay — Google review

First timer and definitely be returning. Good food and great service from the staff! Just a tad warm inside the restaurant in the middle of day otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed with our lunch 👍🏻!

Catherine Tan — Google review

Jalan Eunos VeganBurg has a nice atmosphere and welcoming ambience, making it a comfortable spot to enjoy a meal.I must say, the patty they serve is quite impressive – it's so similar to real meat that it's hard to believe it's plant-based. It's a testament to their commitment to quality. Additionally, I couldn't help but notice their brownies had a delightful aftertaste of real chocolate, which was a pleasant surprise. While I did enjoy my meal, I did find that the serving sizes were a bit on the smaller side. It's worth mentioning that the prices are on the higher end, which might not be ideal for those looking for a more budget-friendly option. However, considering the effort put into crafting their dishes, I can understand the pricing. One small concern I had was with their chilli sauce and ketchup bottles – they were a bit difficult to press and reach, especially for children or people like me without strength and height🫠. It would be great if they could improve the accessibility of these condiments. All in all, Jalan Eunos VeganBurg offers a unique dining experience with its delicious patty, scrumptious brownies, and a cosy atmosphere. While the portion sizes and prices might be something to consider, the overall quality of the food and the pleasant ambience make it a place worth trying.

Thea Koh — Google review

Friendly and very welcoming staff. The food is quite nice. My favourite is the Phish Fingers, thanks to the staff for recommending it! Ginger Lemonade was good too.

Violette Lee — Google review

Food was good and delicious! I do usually have a bad impression when it comes to vegan food but man, this one’s good! Would defo come back :D

Paul's Misc Account — Google review

Recently renovated and reopened branch of Veganburg! Ordering can be done at the kiosks outside or over the counter. Indoor and outdoor seats available. Delicious vegan burgers, which earned praise from my non-veg family and seemed significantly tastier than the ones I had at the Woodleigh outlet. Would also recommend the Carne Asadas Fries. I've seen some influencers posting about a media event in which they could assemble their own mini sliders; would love for this fun activity to be available to the public too (cute family activity or date idea!)~ For the religious folk, the menu is clearly labelled to indicate which items contain alliums or can be customised to become allium-free. Wish they would use less disposable cutleries and containers though. A little pricey, but worth supporting if you're in the mood for fast food. Also full of local pride for the founder Alex as VeganBurg is the world's first fully vegan burger joint (since 2010)! 5-10min walk from Eunos MRT Station.

Xin Ru Toh — Google review

The service team here is excellent. Shroom burger (with half sauce) was just nice for my liking. Patty was crunchy on the outside and slightly mushy on the inside. Broccoli was boiled/steamed and lightly seasoned. Classic lemonade was nicer than cranberry lemonade.

K — Google review

Among the best vegan fastfood I have tasted. Fresh ingredients and especially their coconut was up there. Really like that they do not serve sortdrinks from the bigger players. In line with their mission

Peter Husted Sylvest — Google review

Who knew vegan food could be so cool? Unlike the usual vegetarian food we know, this place has a totally different vibe. A place to chill and enjoy good food with your friends! As a vegetarian for many years, Veganburg is the first to provide real nice plant based burger with their own unique recipes, thus I’ve been a supporter since 2010 :)

Chrispy Chee — Google review

Very good selection of burgers. The Char-grilled Satay burger is tasty, as is the Cracked Mayo. The fries were the highlight of today's lunch; crisp on the outside & fluffy inside.

Vegetarian restaurant

Gokul Vegetarian Restaurant is a North, South Indian and Asian food vegan restaurant in Toronto dispensing vegetarian curries and mock meats. The restaurant is popular for its Soup Kambing dish, which highlights a flavourful broth made with over 20 spices.

This place came highly recommended by my Indian vegetarian friend. True enough, every dish Is done perfectly well. The mock meat mutton tastes almost like real meat, and the curry with it is just right in terms of the mix of spices. All the bread was piping hot and thin. The bryanni rice’s fragrance just opens up the appetite. I was told that their “chicken” is a hot favourite and I saw many tables ordered it. Will come back again.

Trotting Horse — Google review

Food was really nice. Enjoyed the dishes! The service can be improved, we were more or less asked to leave the moment we finished our food. We understand that they have limited seating and a queue but just felt rushed.

Rev A — Google review

Such a noisy place if you're sat near the kitchen. And that's saying something given that most of the Indian restaurants in Little India feature the clatter of dishes and pots as they're so busy. The food quality was mixed and rather over priced for what it was with the extra taxes lumped on top. We tried vegan versions of 2 local noodle dishes and portion size was just about acceptable. Perhaps they try to cover too broad a range? Plenty of Indians ordering Indian food so perhaps we'd give it one more try though the 23 spices chai was truly awful. The dessert of Gula Melaka semolina with coconut was very nice though.

Alan R — Google review

2021: Very tasty Indian vegetarian food at affordable prices. The 'chicken' kurma gravy was creamy and delicious, the 'mutton' fried rice tasted rather 'meaty', and the murtabak was crispy. Even my meat-loving friend loved the food. Will certainly return.May 2022: Service still excellent - staff are very friendly and handled a very unreasonable customer professionally. Free water served. Dum biriyani and fried carrot cake were tasty. Prices have increased since last year but it's understandable given the inflation and merchant fees. Cashless payment only. For those who cannot tolerate spicy food, do tell the staff "Non-spicy" for all dishes, because even dishes that are labelled as Non-spicy may have some chilli added to it for flavour.

Sim SW — Google review

Surprisingly one of the most under-rated restaurant in Singapore with good chefs that are really good in cooking Chinese, Malay and Indian Cuisines! Though their menu looks like ‘Rojak’ with all sorts of local cuisines, but trust me as they are all just too sumptuous to miss! They used to have a branch at Fortune Centre (with equally good culinary skill from their Chefs there) but had since been closed down. Probably one of the things that they could improve to reach out to many more people is their Marketing. Their branch at Upper Pickering don’t even have an obvious ‘Gokul -Rass’ Sign Board informing patrons on their whereabouts while by looking in from outside, it is tough to tell if there is a restaurant in it!!Anyway, do give them a chance as their Chef’s culinary skill are really great.

Price: $6.54 (Plain Thosai)Plain Thosai: 5/5Thosai was very crispy, savoury and slightly sour.Sambar: 5/5Sambar was flavourful, savoury, hearty and had a good lentil taste.Chutney: 5/5Orange chutney was tangy, sweet and spicy. White chutney was coconuty and spicy.Total score: 15/15Add-ons: Masala Tea ($4.16) was fragrant from the spices used and warm and comforting to drink. There was a little waiting time but it was definitely worth the wait as the plain thosai was very delicious. From the thosai to the sambar and the two different chutney. Service team were really responsive to requests and new orders. The place was brightly lit and a cozy place to have your Indian vegetarian classic as well as your familiar Singaporean dishes with a vegetarian twist.

Matthias Chua — Google review

Read the numerous reviews about how good the food was. Came to try alone and it blew my mind and taste buds! Ordered the carrot cake and mutton briyani. The mutton briyani with mock mutton was nice. Rice flavour was good not oily and mock meat had similar texture without the fat and guilt.Carrot cake exactly the same as the normal Chinese version less crispy. Similar to the Chinese black sauce carrot cake but more soft and spicy. Bits of toufu inside. For a person can take spicy, the chili is hot. Will come back again to try their other dishes.Avoid the back seats if you want a quiet environment.

xiaocai7 — Google review

Last year, I was full of praises for this place. Today I had to eat my words. The same chicken rice which I enjoyed previously was not up to the mark today. Quantity became lesser, there was an item on the plate that did not match the rice. Too much vegetables at the side. The Spicy mock chicken fried rice was inedible. For spicy dishes, the chili has to really goreng with the rice but this was wet and just tasted wrong. Too much taugeh too, in the fried rice. Madras coffee was the only good item I enjoyed this time. The Masala tea tasted diluted and not worth the $3.21. Felt cheated and upset that quality is not there. Not sure if I would give another chance to Gokul so I can take back this review.

One of the best kept vegetarian dining secrets in Singapore! Gokul - Raas has an extensive menu covering North and South Indian dishes as well as local favourites.Their vegetarian char kway tiao (fried rice noodles) is probably the best in Singapore and as close to an authentic hawker char kway tiao as you could expect. Classic Indian dishes like palak paneer and mock chicken tikka masala are flavourful and delicious. My favourite is the ‘ayam’ masak merah which has a fantastic layered gravy and a very meaty mock meat. The restaurant itself is spacious and offers aircon dining and there is rarely a queue. Service does not take long and there are plenty of crunchy papadum ($1 for 5) to munch on while you wait.

Jaki Teo — Google review

A true hidden gem.A friend brought me to this vegetarian restaurant to try out their Indian cuisine. To my surprise the dishes were packed with flavour and the meat (vegetarian) dishes tasted like real meat! The dosai was crispy and cooked perfectly!Butter chicken and lamb soup tasted like the real thing. Will come back to try other dishes.

Ian Sj — Google review

Good variety on the menu but I do find it moderately highly priced. Service was typical yet they really do have interesting things on the menu with Chinese and muslim influence. It has its own character but I do very much prefer pure Indian cuisine. It’s nice for the occasional change. Location was good, walking distance to the Little India train station and restaurant is clean and cool with air conditioning.

Wileen Lim — Google review

The first time I went there, I had the vegetable briyani, Gobi 65, Aloo Gobi and mango lassi. The food was good and the lassi was awesome, don’t fade the lassi. The second time that I went there, I had the fried carrot cake, murtabak and Gobi Manchurian and I’ll say to skip the Gobi Manchurian as the cauliflower was almost non-existent and I was just eating a lot of batter. The fried carrot cake is decent for an vegan take as it is not commonly available and the murtabak is alright but can be skipped.

Louise L — Google review

We love the vegan food in Gokul! So many options to try. We visit Gokul every time we visit Singapore.

Subra Ramakrishnan — Google review

I bought 4 packet of hyderabad Briyani n Chicken Rice for $80 But to my surprise the container they used to pack the briyani was to small then the original packing I felt I being scam by them . When I call them by phone hope to talk to the Manager but the person refuse my request saying he will send my complaint during a general meeting and the worst part is the person I talk to is actually a worker from India.JUST because you'll one time a famous restaurant you can cheat customer like this .... hope fully someone can read this review and send yo more relevant department for immediate action .

Ravi Ran — Google review

The food was amazing and the staff were friendly :) I can highly recommend the mushroom korma - so good! They have lots of vegan options and one of the staff could help me out with finding something gluten free. It’s a bit loud and there’s not much going on when it comes to decoration but the food was great so we didn’t mind. Glad we came ☺️

Really nice Indian vegetarian food and many other Singaporean dishes with an Indian mix added to it. Can be quite crowded and parking can be found nearby.

Simply Delicious…The Chinese rojak and Goda God was the best..if you want to try local vegetarian dishes..this restaurant is highly recommended..craving for vegetarian Mee Goreng , Mee Siam, Laksa , Roti Jala..they are sumptuous..

Vijayaganapathy Thiruvasagam — Google review

Perfect if you visit with friends/family as you can order various things from the menu and share them together. Our favorites are the biryani and butter naan. Read many reviews saying that the carrot cake is a must try but it didn’t really suit our palettes. The samosas are tasty but not very special. The lychee drink is refreshing, really helps after a long walk exploring the city. Would definitely visit again on our next trip to SG.

One of my favourite vegetarian places whenever I will be around the Clark q.It's indoor and got a good view. The food menu is huge. The dishes comes out in a good speed.Drinks. I usually go for coffee ☕ so it's always alright. The prices are quite cheap even so it's a clark q area.So I like it and would highly recommend this place.See you soon.

Ambience was nice and staff was pleasant.Menu has a large variety of options for pickier vegetarians/vegansOrdered a sky tower burger and pizza to share.I think the burger was v delicious. Pizza actually had more pieces but i forgot to take before we ate. I think the price point was quite high but nice place to go with friends n family

Although it wasn’t busy, we waited a while until we were seated. They have prettier tables in the back, but we were seated in the front and unfortunately only one person was facing the window with the nice view.We had the Banh Mi, Nuggets and The Lions Extreme Menu.- The Banh Mi was not really flavorful imo, it was nothing special. The nuggets had a nice texture and tasted good. You can get your own dips (tomato and chili, I preferred chili). The Lions Extreme Burger was (maybe just for me) disgusting, and I think it was mainly because of the truffle sauce - it smelled strongly and very bad. I think the patty had a great texture but the sauce just ruined it for me. Maybe it’s just me, but my husband also thought the same.Fries were also nothing special.I really liked the Passion Fruit Ice Tea.All in all, I, personally, would not recommend this to my friends. But maybe I just ordered the wrong items for my taste

Lisa Veit — Google review

A nice place for a vegetarian meal. The burgers are tasty and they have a creative way of making vegetarian burger. Even the fries has that nice faint truffle oil taste without being overwhelming. Definitely worth to visit again even for a meat lover like me.

Kelvin Chye — Google review

The food was good, I didn't like that I needed to make the order and take the utensils by myself even if I was the only customer. The chickpea affogato was delicious. We took a pizza and a rice meal which was pretty good. (Was excited for the affogato, it was my first time so I forgot to take picture)Go try it out.

Amir Shahar — Google review

Tried Potato Rendang Burger, Black Peppered Chickless Pizza (Mentioned as spicy in the menu), Vegan BeerAll the three were disappointing. In fact, the pizza mentioned as spicy was slightly on a sweeter side. I’m not sure if they served us the right one.Won’t recommend to anyone at all. Better to go for other vegan options.

Anubhav Sarangi — Google review

The service was great and the waiter was very attentive and helpful. But the food was below average. The spring rolls and mushroom fritters were ok. The burger and pasta was disappointing, pesto linguine was quite soggy over cooked. The star dish was the purple sweet potato smoothie. Very pricey maybe cos its vegan food. If you are vegan and have strict dietary restrictions you will come but i will not be back again though. Thanks to the waiter who assisted us on our table last Sunday, 25 June!

Priscilla Tay — Google review

Went on a Monday evening - it was surprisingly quiet yet pleasantly peaceful. The waiter was friendly and helpful - told me it’s usually quiet on Mondays evening but very busy during the week especially on weekends. The burger menu set was generous and delicious, so was the lemon-passion tea. I also got a slice of the banana bread and a chocolate muffin to take away. It was so good that I came back the next day to try out another amazing burger. 100% recommend - definitely a must tryout!

Samantha Freulon — Google review

Food was pretty good considering no meat or eggs. Had the burger mushroom set which came with fries & 180 ml drink and scored 8/10. Oh, service overal a 8/10 👍🏼. Ambience was comfortable at 8/10.Even though there is no GST added to the bill. Pricing a little steep after goods & sales tax (GST) was adjusted to 9% from New Year’s Day 2024. There is a 10% service charge though. Will be back to try other dishes.

April 2023 Review:- 100% vegetarian food 🌱- The food is good but it lacks some kind of intensity, the presentation is very minimum.- We felt like the place was very low atmosphere, very quiet 😕 but nice “uncle” waiterCan be recommended yes 👍🏻

Camille — Google review

Decided to review and took a photo only after my first sip on their lemon and passion fruit tea (so the photo didn't do them justice as I shifted the drink and burger).Ordered set 6C for their Lion Mane Burger. Drinks and food were yummy, although the time taken to prepare and serve the food was a little long. Overall, good place for comfort food and to chill after a long day.

I’m glad I found this place at the beginning of my trip because I went multiple times. Best vegan food in Singapore! The owner is so sweet and the food is phenomenal! I wish I could take this place back home with me 😅 nice view of the river and they sell exclusive vegan merchandise.

CJ (based3) — Google review

The king mushroom burger 🍔 is my ultimate favourite. Not only the patty is steamed, it also has a good variety of mushrooms, alfafa sprouts and veggies making it the most bang for the buck burger in my opinion, out of all vegan burgers in Singapore. Always a satisfying treat!

Zhihan Lee — Google review

Good solid rendang burger, and the Lion Mane udon was tasty enough. Portions are decent and leave you satiated for sure. The mushroom fritters were delicious. The yam roll was a little greasy but compensated by the lightness of the filling. For tourists, the view overlooking a portion of Clark Quay might be a bonus. For locals, they don’t try to take your heads off with ridiculous pricing either, so that’s a plus.Great place for your veggie/vegan needs.

derek foo — Google review

In recounting my dining experience, I found myself treading carefully not to tarnish the reputation of the establishment, largely due to the sincere and genuine demeanor of the staff.Upon sampling the food offerings, I couldn't help but notice their resemblance to typical snacks found in supermarkets, seemingly prepared for the sake of convenience rather than culinary excellence. Save for the truffle sauce, there was little to distinguish the dishes from prepackaged fare, particularly the rendang, which bore a striking similarity in taste to supermarket varieties. As I settled into the dining area, I couldn't shake the discomfort caused by the malfunctioning air conditioning. It was as though I had stepped into a broken refrigerator, with the air heavy and stagnant. The lack of proper ventilation left me with clothing soaked in perspiration, exacerbated by the ongoing deep frying activities in the kitchen. The persistent smell of oil clung to everything, just like toiling over a heavy-fired wok at a Zi-Char stall.Suggestion to install some fan or those floor standing type.

Se Leonard — Google review

SO glad my husband and I stumbled upon this place! Our only regret is finding it on the last day of our trip here in Singapore. The menu had so many different options making it so hard to choose. We both got a burger suggested by our server that was phenomenal. The vegan egg tasted SO real according to my non-vegan husband. My iced Thai Tea absolutely hit the spot. We also tried the crispy spring rolls and they were so flavorful! We had to end the meal with some ice cream. I got the chickpea coffee flavor and my husband got the purple sweet potato. Both were to die for! Highly recommend!!

Gina Spadoni — Google review

Always loved the selections here, especially their Lions Main Truffle Burger. We also tried the Pesto Pasta which was really flavourful!Service was very prompt and what better atmosphere can you get overlooking the Singapore River!

My wife and myself are vegetarian and we celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary here. Food was good. The vegan egg was a new experience and surprise, tasted rather good. Made reservation citing Anniversary and requested for a table with a good view but apparently no one noticed the message, that's why gave only 4 stars for service.

I am into clean and healthy diet for years and VBurgCafe is the very first Westernized vegetarian restaurant I found in Johor Bahru. Their flagship outlet is in Skudai. I have seen this humble company grow year by year, opening new outlets in different places as I was attending their food reviews and soft openings. The owners are great people, very down to earth, and they are always collaborating with charity campaigns as part of their CSR campaigns.I love the extensive list of their menu, something different to try in every visit. The coffee was subpar. Tried the cinnamon spice latte but only tasted the sweetness of the drink. So then ordered an americano but that was a let down too. Other than acidic there wasn't much of other taste note. The cakes from their bakery were disappointing dull and dry. Not sure why this place is crowded.

One of the best Vegetarian restaurant in town. Variety of choices. Fresh & delicious. After meal the last you can order is Mud pie dessert. Very Nice!

The restaurant has a traditional Chinese theme, and the interior is cozy, with ample seating arrangements for various group sizes.•We ordered:- Sambal Kang Kong- Hotplate Beancurd- Buddha’s Delight•The pricing was decent and not overpriced, and the portions were generous. I'll definitely consider this place if my family visits Johor for a short trip.

The food here is fantastic! There is a large menu, with lots of different options. The food was served very quicky and every dish was great - I recommend the chicken curry. The price is quite high, but the food quality is worth it.

Food is very pricey- hot chocolate for rm 17!! RidiculousTasty food but not befitting the price. Also check the billing as they have overcharged twice and I hv decided not to eat there anymore. Seems intentional rather than accidental 🙄🙄

Very nice and pleasant place although difficulty getting parking lot during lunch time. Food is extremely delicious. Ambience very nice and quiet. Staff are polite. The slight issue is the price as it can be a bit expensive. But I guess that’s the price you need to pay for quality.

Good food. Service even better. Boss always looking to ensure to take our order, serving. I’ll come again when I’m in JB.

The best vegetarian restaurant ever. I don't eat much but I had to order 3 dishes since I won't be going back anytime soon. Here's my orderCereal mushroomToona tofu (acquired taste)OtahRiceI wish they come in smaller servings but this is cze char style. I must say it's comparable to really famous cze chars! Doesn't taste like the usual vegetarian. 3 dishes and all delicious! Even meat lovers will fall in love with the taste here.

This is my go to vegetarian restaurant whenever I visit JB with my dad whom is a vegetarian. Happen to chance upon it when I randomly picked a restaurant for my dad for the first time. This turned out to be a gem. Food is delicious, served piping hot and promptly. I never loved vegetarian food but this is hands down the best vegetarian restaurant. My favourite dishes are the sambal hotplate fish and their otah. Definitely worth trying for those who want to visit.

Christopher Chia — Google review

Was looking around for vegetarian food when my family chanced upon this restaurant on google map.Turned out, the food is superb. Decided to take time to write them a review to share good food.We only spent 45 min in total in the restaurant as they closed at 3 pm & we didn’t want to inconvenience them. That’s how fast the food was served and how fast the food was completed eaten. 😂

Karin Chan — Google review

Only individuals with beautiful soul and compassion can truly make food that transcend the experience of taste. I have never met the chef, who is (if I'm not wrong) also the boss of the restaurant, but I'm overwhelmed with joy and gratitude. I've eaten at this restaurant for over 10 times already. My top fave dishes are the tofu in toona sauce, and the cereal mushroom. I would usually order 4 dishes with a pot of fragrant tea. A few people are complaining about the prices, but to me, every cent spent here is worth it. We are not talking about bland vegetables being served here. Every dish is layered, made with absolute care and standard. Vegetarian food with such good quality is absolutely rare to come by. Thank you for existing.

Full-fledged vegetarian restaurant, good menu spread. Service is good and accommodating. Limited parking on the streets during weekdays, should be easier on weekends when banks are not open.

Superb , clean & organic taste .I am a vegetarian and would easily rate this place as a heaven sent eatery .Who ever running it has his heart & soul in it .Yes for lunch crowd advise you drop your guest & go look for a parking place .if you look hard you will find one .Dinner no park problem .

When you step into Image Cooker, the first thing that catches your eye is its modern and stylish decor. The restaurant's design is reminiscent of a photography studio, reflecting a blend of simplicity and retro aesthetics. This unique ambiance is inspired by the owner's passion for photography. As for the menu, Image Cooker offers a fusion of Western and Asian cuisines, featuring an array of dishes such as burgers, spaghetti, fried rice, and various pasta options.

Been here multiple times with my vegetarian friend and I have never been disappointed with their food and service. The staffs have always been welcoming and warm.Highly recommend their banana milk. Their burgers are pretty nice too.The place has limited seats so do expect that one some days during peak period, you might have to wait. Not sure if they take reservations.

Kelvin Wong — Google review

Vegetarian casual dining with a unique decor located on level 3 of a shop house unit.Otak Otak Burger - Unique Otak Otak filling that tastes pretty close to the real thing. Fries are a bit under salted.Risotto - It's more of a creamy rice with cheese and vegetables cooked together than an actual risotto. I loved it, but those who prefer a more traditional risotto should go to roots bistro.

Peichien Lee — Google review

Hidden on upper floor, once enter into the restaurant is like going back to 80s & 90s, love it. Spaghetti tase good, Otak-Otak burger is tasty, the Vegi Otak-Otak could either bake or pan-fried a little longer to get rid of the soggy texture. No complaints on the fried rice too. All in all, recommended not only for food, kudos to the décor too. Definitely coming back for other dishes on the menu.

Yohan Goh — Google review

They have all day set bf and lunch available at 17.90 rm. Comes with a drink (all beverages on menu can be selected) as well.I had the curry mushroom set which is generous in portion. Taste is decent, however a little salty.I chose the apple mixture juice which comes in a nice cup.Good place to chill. Located at 2nd level. However this place does not provide WIFI.

Image cookerThis is a unique designed cafe. We went at about 2.30pm on a weekday. Only 2 tables were occupied so we had a quiet time. Enjoyed the redang set and ayam penyet. We also ordered a curry mushrooms to share. It is a very full meal for 2 of us, with drinks, cost rm95

Casual and laid back ambience, and fusion vegetarian cuisine. That's what defines this place. Very instagrammable decor. Not a large establishment but easy to find seats. The tom yam spaghetti and the baked spirals (fusili) were pretty good. Don't expect much from the drinks. Child-friendly. The signage along the row of shophouses is not prominent so may take a while to find this place. Satisfying meal and experience overall.

Excellent music choiceGood place to bring your spouse for a cheap (17.9rm set meal with a drink!!!!!!) and tasty date. Great food portion.Mushroom soup is superb! (Comes with butter toast)I recommend the agolio oilo (a bit peppery, though) and banana milk combo!

Doubleveggie Doublefun — Google review

What we liked about the place:-very tasty food and it does feel like they are trying to make healthier choices with their food prep. I had the mushroom curry with rice and that was shiok. Damn spicy burger was well made, wedges were popping hot and crunchy on the outside, and flaky in the inside. Fruit juices were well made and refreshing-price point very reasonable-service was prompt and efficient- space was open and brightWhat we didn't like as much:The fact that we have to walk up 3 flights of stairs to feast on the food 😅Easily one of the best vegetarian food we have had in JB that's made out of whole foods rather than processed/ mocked ingredients. Will be our regular drop in place when in town

Many Veg Cafes around Austin area and after COVID 2yrs, we return to this old vintage cafe. Food quality is great and staff is friendly. $18.80 for a main & Drink. Affordable and great taste. Burger filling is homemade. The Tempe made "damn Spicy" burger is must try. Only downside is the Aircon not cold and best suitable to dine in at night. Definitely will visit again.

Vegetarian restaurant

Sufood is a Taiwanese vegetarian restaurant chain that focuses on serving satisfying nutrition dense meals. Offering two outlets in Singapore, the restaurant is popular for its curation of delicious Taiwanese and Fusion Italian cuisines, blended with fresh and healthy ingredients. A la carte dining is available at Sufood, or patrons can choose from one of its delish four-, six- or eight-course set menus.

The food is just so so. Too salty and sweet. Not healthy at all because of the amount of salt they use for their dishes. The staff very friendly and attentive. That's the only plus side of this place. Definitely not a place to visit regularly because of the super salty and sweet items they serve. Not suitable for elderly and diabetics. Portion are tiny so 8 course definitely needed for guys. Ladies just right.

Win Tai — Google review

had a wonderful dining experience at Sufood. The service staff were polite and accommodating and served with a smile. The food was also yummy (while all vegetarian). Not to mention the decor of the restaurant was amazing. Will definitely return again!

Vegetarian food availability: 5 starsThe staff were extremely nice but the food was average. We came in quite late but the staff let us in. They were so accommodating and amiable. They didn’t rush us at all and let us take our time. They were amazing. Love the staff service here. However, the food was just average. The burger was the best out of all. It was juicy, tender, crispy and healthy. You could feel the flavours melting on your tongue with all the sauces. The oyster rice was average, I don’t like the flavours. The star pizza was good. It had distinct flavours that complimented each other and had cheese in the crust.Overall, a good staff but could improve in food.

Sufood Singapore is a must-visit for those who are looking for a vegetarian dining experience. I was fortunate to be treated to lunch by my friends on my birthday and I was impressed by the quality of the food and the service. The ambiance was also very calming and relaxing, making it a perfect place for a casual lunch. The 8-course meal that I had was exceptional, with each dish being meticulously prepared and plated. The Wholesome Trio appetizer was a great way to start the meal, with a variety of flavors and textures that tantalized my taste buds. The Baked Button Mushroom with Garlic Butter salad was also a highlight for me, with the rich buttery flavor complementing the earthy mushrooms perfectly. The Cream of Black Truffle Soup with Wild Mushroom was a hit with everyone at the table, and the Baked Shell Pasta with Black Truffle was a standout dish. The pasta was perfectly cooked, with a generous amount of truffle that added depth and complexity to the dish. The Chocolate Lava Cake with Ice Cream was a perfect way to end the meal, and the Choy Sum & Pineapple Juice was a refreshing beverage to wash it all down.Overall, I highly recommend Sufood Singapore for anyone looking for a vegetarian dining experience that is both delicious and satisfying. The quality of the food and the service was outstanding, and the ambiance was perfect for a casual lunch or dinner.

Vincent Luo — Google review

This place serves creative and delicious dishes inspired by Western and Asian cuisines. The appetiser was refreshing and light, and I especially liked the tangy jelly. The vegetables were tender and juicy, and the cheese sauce added a nice richness to the dish. The rice was fluffy and fragrant, and complemented the skewers well. The portion was satisfying and filling. The service was attentive and friendly, and the restaurant was cozy and modern. I would definitely recommend Sufood to anyone who loves vegetarian food or wants to try something different.

Ok so here is the deal, this was my last restaurant during my stay in Singapore and I almost didn't come because I thought it was only vegetarian but they have 2-4 options for every course and it was BY FAR THE BEST vegan meal I've had on my trip. I even had the potato salad and as a black man, I'm very picky about this, but it was unique and really good! The pasta, the bread stick, the drinks, the miso soup with surprises at the bottom. I mean if I wasn't leaving tonight, I would come back tomorrow! Please come here if you are VEGAN!!!! and I told the owners to please advertise that they have vegan options because they are so delicious 🤤🤤🤤

Tyrone Botelho — Google review

Only two set meal options are available (6 courses or 8 courses ) No À la carte option. No sharing of meals is allowed, meaning all dinners must ordered one set meal. The starter are not bad and the salad is good.Ordered the following dishes for the mains:Olive fried rice雷茶 SpaghettiStar pizzaBaked CauliflowerBaked RiceOverall, the food was just ok, not really fantastic and worth the price.Compared to another similar restaurant "Element", which I think it is much better and slightly cheaper 😀.

Had a great 8-course meal with my fam, the mushroom dishes are fantastic ! The staff are super attentive and made sure our drinks were always filled. And to be honest all the food doesn’t taste like conventional vegetarian food, it was almost like fine-dining😁👍 overall their commitment to vegetarian cuisine shines through, making it a must-visit for those seeking a gastronomic journey without compromising on taste. Su Food truly elevates vegetarian dining to an art form. We will definitely be back ! :)

Fantastic outing I must say…My first visit to Sufood. Had I known about it earlier, I would be a regular by now. Very nice and gentle staff. I did not need to ask them clear the plates once I was done with each of the servings. Food is utterly delicious. Great overall experience 👌🏼 Deco is fine dining styles but nevertheless it was a classic experience to have all Veg food !!

Deepak Sood — Google review

Must try. Be prepared to discard your preformed notions of vegetarian food. Good quality food, service and atmosphere. Almost like fine dining but affordable. I ate well, and didn't miss the fact that there was no meat in it. My favourite drink is the organic Choy sum pineapple smoothie. It's a meal where I can indulge and come away feeling that I have ate healthily. Not salty or oily at all. Will come back again.

Speedy food service and friendly staff. Went for birthday celebration and got a free tiramisu! The staff even went extra miles made us a ballon hat! The birthday song from the team was amazing that brought up the atmosphere, food was nice and worth the penny. Will definitely be back!

We came on Christmas Eve. Almost missed this one as the reservation showed that no lunch slots were available. We tried :)Only 8-course meal was available that afternoon.Liked the attentiveness of the servers - who shared how we should approach the appetiser that came with 3 items. The dishes were not just well presented, but they were tasty... Quite a variety of choices in the menu.

If you're looking for a vegetarian cafe with dishes that are free of processed ingredients, artificial preservatives and trans fats, Real Food is the place to go. The cafe also offers gluten-free and dairy-free options, making it a good choice if you're looking to eat healthier.

Compared to typical Chinese vegetarian restaurants, which serve mainly fried foods , this restaurant serves many greens options, and the salad really tastes good.Ordered three different types of pizza, and the odd one is the "Tom Yum." Pizza tastes really a bit weird. The taste of Yum ingredients does not blend well with the pizza 😅.We also ordered two burgers, and they are very nice.Overall, this is a very nice restaurant for both vegetarian or non vegetarian persons who like to have a healthy meal 😋

Victor Chee — Google review

The food is very tasty, beyond my expectation!!Somehow I'm a person who can't really take spicy especially curry, but the curry served here give me whole new of experience! It's like "the only curry I can eat" so far.Everything was fine except the long waiting. It took about 40min+ to serve the food while most people are eating. So wondering what take kitchen longer time. Will visit again for sure! Worthy and good vibe and value.

Service staff were friendly, and the food was surprisingly good! We especially enjoyed the risotto and the baked rice. Though I'm not usually a fan of brown rice, it went well with both dishes and did not at all feel like an inferior replacement for white rice. Overall a great dining experience!

Visited Real Food while on travel. I’m thrilled to find a place offering so many healthy and wholesome options so close to my hotel. This restaurant provides real good whole food! The menu is extensive, diverse, and intriguing. Everything is vegetarian, most are vegan and gluten-free. Each item is labeled clearly. And the menu specifically states that some items can be modified to be vegan. I want to come back just to try more of the menu. Some items are fried, but everything is fresh and made with whole plant based ingredients, including burgers and chicken nuggets. I had the steamed dumplings with chili sauce and stuffed pepper salad. These photos do not deceive. Both dishes were absolutely delicious! I highly recommend you check out this place.

Not been here since the pre pandemic era. First heard of real food after trying it in Penang. It was a crowded Saturday evening. Fortunately the queue moved along and a high table was offered was sharing within 10 minutes. The “guo tie” dumplings tasted crispy and delish. Portobello burger is deep fried. Spaghetti aglio olio was as usually good. Sweets were outstanding. Passion fruit and berry crumble as pictured tasted everything they promised to be. Service was excellent in spite of the crowd. Although they listed 10 as closing hour last orders and the bill was presented shortly after 9. Should be a 4.5 stars here and will be back.

Keng Heng Ang — Google review

Really tastes like real food. No thirsty or itchy lips feeling after eating even though I ordered fried spring rolls and potato and root wedges. Atmosphere is very mellow and bright with natural light.

Very pleasant ambience and super polite staff! I was so pleased to see that there were so many vegetarian options on the menu! :’)The turmeric risotto was quite interesting, it tasted and looked a lot like an Indian dish, ahaha! The pesto noodles were also quite good.

Lovely spacious place with plenty of seating. Wholesome vegetarian meal at decent pricing. Staff were helpful but clearly busy. They also have a bread bar and small grocery corner selling fresh vegetables and interesting and healthy foodstuff. The coconut bun was tiny but so delicious. Ask for it to be heated up for you.A tip: it can get really packed so you might end up with a sofa seat rather than a dining table. Try booking a table!

First time trying their pizza here & wouldn’t be my last! 100% would return for more delicious chewy bottom & crispy crust loaded pizza. Not too thick or thin crust - Love it! It was so good that this was this only photo took - Last slice standing. Also remember to save some space for the moist & super yummy vegan pumpkin chocolate cake! Zero regrets getting this despite already stuffed :)

Exceptionally great food and cozy seating with a nice view. Out of all the places I have been to in Singapore, this one amazed me the most. Their menu has a great variety of vegetarian options and comes with a lot of mouth-watering flavours.Me and my husband tried their keto salad, dumpling noodles and cheese poro and all of them were great. Definitely going to come back here again to try more from their menu.

A healthy vegetarian restaurant that serves great food along Orchard road. The ambience is very cosy and quite with separate sections. The food is very fresh and delicious. Dumpling was served hot with a lot of ingredients inside. The salad is huge and I love the sauce so much. This restaurant also provides nutrition count in their menu which is very convenient for anyone who is on diet or care about fitness.Definitely will come back to try more if I'm around this area and want something fresh in a hot day.*water is charged.

The food is great but the service is poor. The restaurant looks understaff as I had a hard time getting the staff's attention. The staff didn't even noticed that no cutlery on the table when they serve. This is an example of good food bad service.

It took a while wandering about inside Orchard Central to find Real Food. Yet, there is a rather easy, direct route to take… via the escalator by the southern end of Orchard Central, just inside of the taxi stand.I have been here a few times but my most welcoming and considerate by far was on 7 May when we were served by Vivian. Prompt, attentive and responsive, she listed a few seating options and seated us simply with a smile. I always feel a sense of calm and awareness whenever I walk into this restaurant. The menu is a combination of vegan and fusion — masterful, tasty and thoughtful. Servings are generous and often can be customised to include dairy/egg options or even root spices like ginger and garlic. The wait for our orders is wasn’t long on this Tuesday evening but I would opening with hot soups before the other items followed.

I highly recommend this vegetarian restaurant! Here are my top picks from the dishes I tried:1. Sourdough handmade chewy noodles - hearty dish.2. Fried Carrot Cake - expertly prepared; I believe chilli sauce will give it an extra kick.3. Mushroom and Turmeric “Risotto”

Wong Teck Jung — Google review

It is a good place for people who want to avoid meat and eat flavourful healthy food. Nice ambience and overall enjoyed sitting here. The staff did not seem very experienced and struggled a bit to manage the busy crowd, but they were friendly and courteous.Did not like the turmeric risotto, which was very much like an Indian khichdi. Rest of the food was good.

A vegetarian restaurant with a relaxed and comfortable space.Scan QR code to order. Food was alright. Healthy options available. Always a plus to have gluten free option. Healthy food can be hard to make it delicious. They tried and fried food not healthy options. Good place for quick dining.

Very chill hideout if you just want a place to zone out. Very serene, nice view from window with natural sunlight. Staff were attentive and patient, always checking to see if you need their assistance. Love the vibes amidst the busy holiday crowd.Ordered the pumpkin pancakes and I feel it is very plain without any condiments. Taste wise is good but 3 pieces is too much :( cut fruits were fresh.Pumpkin soup is by far the best! Natural sweetness 🧡Portobello mushroom dish was also really good. Cheese is good quality but had chopped coriander inside which I’m not a fan of. Paired with smooth mashed potato 🥔Generally price point is on the higher side but everything is made with quality vegan ingredients. Overall worth the price 😇

I don't even know how to make tasteless food. I mean, we ate, and there was hardly any taste in the food. It really surprised me because we visited other vegetarian cafes, but only in this place did I encounter this. It's a first for me.The atmosphere is okay, the service is polite.Unfortunately, the food isn't tasty.

Outlets include HarbourFront Centre, Millenia Walk and Paya Lebar Quarter in Singapore, as well as a new outlet at Great World City.

Delicious food! Though I'm usually a meat eater but I thoroughly enjoyed this mealLove the XO fried rice and the double broiled soup the most! Soup is so tasty and fried rice is so fragrant! Very good to cleanse my body once in a while with vegetarian food. Really looking fwd to try other items on the menu next time ~

Didn't expect vegetarian to be this good.First time trying and was greatly impressed! Ordered the 5 course set, definitely value for money and cheaper should you order individually. This 5 course set is being served like fine dinning setting.I only have one dislike, but this is my individual opinion and won't affect the 5 stars rating in my mind. I don't really fancy the mock "meat". Other than that the food is delicious.Favourite is the double boiled lemongrass with peach gum. Pasta is unique and tasty. Their water is infused with rosemary 🌿.Worth visiting and won't be my last.

On 5 July we went for our gathering. Dinner for 10 of us. My friend booked a table and was given a VIP room. It was very comfortable. Besides, we haven’t seen one another for quite a while so obviously we spoke a lot, laughed a lot. With that room, we didn’t have to reconsider our voices. The service staff named Jun (purplish hair) delivered a 10/10 quality service. He was kind and friendly. He was flexible. Have not seen one service staff as good as him after Covid. Really. He was very initiative. The food that he recommended were palatable and suitable to our taste buds. He helped us to take group photos. Food was really good, very presentable. All our “oooos” and “ahhhs” were aplenty. A restaurant that I highly recommended. Unfortunately, Jun is enlisting in NS soon. All the best Jun! Attached photos were taken by my friend who took nice pics, I only knew about appreciating and eating.

I want to preface this review by mentioning that I'm not a professional food critic, and my thoughts are based on how I felt during my family dinner experience for my grandfather's birthday. Our dining experience was unfortunately not up to our expectations. Firstly, the food left much to be desired as everything tasted very bland. We had to request salt and pepper, and even after adding a generous amount, it didn't do much to enhance the flavours. To make matters worse, the servers missed out on serving the APPLE CIDER, which was supposed to be part of our 8-course meal. Instead, they brought it to us at the end of the entire meal while we were already packing up to leave soon. This left us feeling quite disappointed. On a positive note, I must say that the atmosphere was pleasant and contributed to the overall experience. However, the lackluster food and the timing of the cider service were significant drawbacks to what should have been a special family celebration.

Food is good, given the fair price for overall ambience.Somwhow a bit noisy during my last visit, but it cannot blame restaurant but customers. 😂Everything ordered from the menu are good (we ordered nearly 15 dishes, as we went in big group).Sushi is good, must try.

Brought our parent to try this vegetarian restaurant. The food is so nice that even my father who never eat a complete vegetarian meal was delighted and liked the food. However I gave only 4 stars because they had forgotten to serve the apple cider and when we asked a young male staff about it, he did not do anything about it. We have to ask another female staff the second time and this time round, she explained to us that it was supposed to be served after the soup and before the main course (and not the end of the meal) and then apologised for missing it and brought us the apple cider (better late than none).

This is one of the famous Vegetarian restaurants in Singapore. After visiting the beautiful Marina Bay area, it's nice to take a break at the Millenia Walk Shopping Mall and enjoyed a yummy vegetarian lunch. Never imagine that the veggie food can be so yummy and good looking. The food presentation is so good. Thanks my friend Mickey for inviting me to such a wonderful restaurant. I will come back again.

We have been patronising this Elemen outlet at the Millenia Walk since 2017, and never once have we been let down by their service or quality of food. They serve a wide variety of fusion vegetarian cuisine at an affordable price. The food are flavourful to the palate and their presentation are pleasing to the eyes. This outlet is helmed by Manager Peter and Asst Manager Cheng Yee who are friendly, accommodative and customer oriented. However, due to manpower shortage and during peak hours, slowness in service may occur.

Well done vegetarian restaurant with lovely set meals.Came here for lunch, and loved the decor and set up. Ordered the 5 course set meal and was delighted at the selections available.I was however abit let down by the portion of the mains. The food was done very well, I loved the appetizers, but the mains was abit of a let down, portion wise. Taste was good and I really hoped the portion could be bigger as it was such a minimal serving that I was not even full after the 5 course meal. Service was ok but the servers did appear quite busy.It would be worth coming over to try the dishes and experience vegetarian done in a very classy way.

Fun Kwok — Google review

Noisy beside our table arranging utensils, unsightly and loud, also the table opposite has baby chairs for their bags but none for us, the main dish came when we’re not even done with our starters. The service here always seems very rushed and impatient. Have been here before many times and had an unpleasant service from the manager (Chinese middle aged man with specs)

dharshstar27 — Google review

My second time here, first time was better though.Happened to arrive slightly earlier than reservation timing, but the counter up front was empty and had to wait awhile before being attended to.The staff however was nice, but, spoke too softly to check what time our reservation was and we had to keep asking her to repeat what she said. Overall she was still nice, so that's that.Food came really quickly, like I couldn't imagine how they prepared the food so fast given it was dinner time, so wow. Amazing speed really. Taste wise, didn't disappoint at all. Would be returning again for sure.Ordered the pasta but somehow the pasta tasted like noodles, texture wise. I mean no complaints since it tasted good but just not what i expected.

This is vegetarian food done right! Recommended by a vegetarian friend & the resto did not disappoint at all. Super innovative & creative. Their staff is also very attentive & friendly.Ordered the 8 course meal for sharing & I loved every single dish. My favourite was the mushroom truffle pizza - I can taste and smell the strong truffle oil with every bite.Absolute joy dining here & will recommend it to others to try out too!

Love their seasonal menu as there's always new things to try, wide variety of food to choose from. Service is very good and all the staff are friendly too!! Would recommend my friends to try if they haven't done so!

They can get a bit slower with the service when it's busy, but it remained friendly. Food amazing & beautifully presented. Lunch set menu is extremely good value.

Celebrated my birthday here with my friend :) We were served by Mr Peter who did a great job in service and even gave me a surprise birthday treat towards the end.The service here is impeccable and food is absolutely delicious! The set meal offered is very affordable, about $80 for 2 pax (8 course meal) 😊10/10 will visit again. Thank you Mr Peter!

My favorite vegetarian restaurant in Singapore! The restaurant provides a variety of delicious food, and the set meal is definitely worth it—a good deal. I love the braised silver needle noodle and tofu with bamboo rice. The appetizers are refreshing and taste great! The service at the branch is good, and the ambiance is comfortable.

C T — Google review

For a restaurant which serves solely vegetarian food, I would say that the food tasted pretty good. I am someone who eats meat every single day so the fact that I had to have a meal without any meat turned me off initially. However I would say they managed to replicate the taste of meat pretty decently. Of course it can't be substituted for meat itself but the fact that they tried is something worth appaulding for.The starters were relatively interesting, most of it were sweet or sour and there were a few savoury ones. As for the soup it is pretty full on since it was pretty thick so I didn't have much appetite after the soup. The fried rice was flavourful but alittle too salty for my liking. Given that this is a vegetarian place, I think they didn't use any milk in their ice cream. Instead they used soy milk(?) so their ice cream was lacking the milky texture and taste which I didn't likeHonestly, would I visit here again? I would say yes if I am having a meal with a friend which is strictly vegetarian. It's not too bad of an experience overall.

First time visiting a vegetarian Chinese restaurant in Singapore and it is mind blowing. We order 5 course meal for the price is reasonable. The presentation and taste of the food is outstanding. The atmosphere suites well to enjoy your meal.

pandiri vasu — Google review

Food quality is lower compared to branch at Woodlands or Great World City. The care of preparation and cooking seemed rushed.. possibly due to many customers and overworked staff. This is the first time of all my elemen visits that the dip sauces are served in plastic sauce plates and the hit drinks are in paper cups.

Booked this place for my father’s birthday. Everyone enjoyed the food. The dishes were very unique and well-presented. Props to the excellent and speedy service from their staff, Peter and Niteesh. Would definitely come back to this outlet often 💯For new comers:DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THE 8-course meal. Worth the $$

I would say Elemen is one of the best vegetarian restaurants in town. They served very nice vegetarian dishes and the set meals are worth paying for. They also have special menu every other month. We dine here regularly on the first and fifteenth of every month. Had their new Thai set meal. It was yummy. The meal consisted of appetizer, papaya salad, pork skewers, Pad Thai with green curry, Tom yum soup, coconut ice cream with red ruby and lemongrass jelly drink. Their special menus never disappoint us. The ala-carte menu also served many delicious dishes. You won’t be out of choices when come here. However, I must say their service is not great. Not only at this Milenia Walk outlet but everywhere. Food was always delayed every single time we dined. A lot of improvement is required in this area.

Vegetarian restaurant

Original Sin is a well-known vegetarian restaurant in Singapore that has been serving the city's vegetarian community since 1997. The menu offers a Mediterranean flair with popular dishes like Moussaka, Risotto, Lasagna, and Pizza as well as more unique options such as Spanakopita and Bosco Misto. The restaurant also boasts an extensive wine list with over 1500 labels and has received recognition from Wine Spectator Magazine.

Food are good for sharing. Serving are very fast. They make the vegan food appetising in different way.The king mushroom taste like barbecue meat.Margarita pizza is a gem. Thin crispy crust and flavorfulWill definitely come back for more.

Ambience - The restaurant has this very European, relaxed vibe. Good for families but I don‘t see why you can’t go for a date either 😁Food - my friend and I ordered the halloumi salad and lasagna. We really enjoyed the meal, the ingredients were good quality and food was prepared with care. However, did feel the halloumi was a bit too salty. They have a variety of Mediterranean and Italian options and can make it vegan too. Didn’t really enjoy the rose though.Service - prompt service and the staff were polite and friendlyWould definitely return again.

It’s really really great to have vegetarian and vegan restaurants! And Original Sin is one of the few that I’m aware of. The menu is pretty great and it's lovely that they have lunch sets!Between my friends and I - I tried the mushroom cream pasta, arrabbiata and pizza margherita. The mushroom cream was tasty. But the arrabbita was very mediocre. The margherita was most disappointing as there was not a single basil leaf on any slice of the pizza… The truffle fries were nice with a generous grating of cheese. My other friend had a beyond burger and didn’t rate it too highly. The bread could have been of highly quality in my opinion. All in all, would probably try their Mediterranean food next time. Would want to give this place another try! Hope they continue to improve and continue to offer much needed vegetarian and vegan options in SG.

I came here for lunch with some friends. This is a vegetarian restaurant with a Mediterranean themed menu. They also have vegan options if that’s your thing. We tried a variety of dishes and everything was tasty. The service was friendly and the food came out promptly, even during the busy lunch hour. It was a pleasantly refreshing experience. In addition to the a la carte menu, they have two set menus: one for lunch and one for both lunch & dinner. They looked okay but we were happy to order a bunch of dishes and share. I would go back. It was a nice meal and the prices were moderate.

If all vegetarian meals were like this, I'd convert in a heartbeat! Started with tomato soup which was okay and then it got better with the lasagna. The lasagna was well constructed with the right amount of cheese and filling which was mostly made up of mushroom pieces. We also had a pizza in these middle which was good too but maybe not an idea since I'm already having cheese overload from my lasagna. I finished the evening with apple crumble which was probably my highlight. So good... again constructed well in the small flat plate to contain the crumbling dessert topped with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream. All in all a nice evening sat outside al fresco. Very attentive waiting staff too.

This is neither good nor bad. Mediocre but quite pricey. Well, it's rip off everywhere in Singapore so I cannot complain about the price at the moment.I went there because it's plantbased and gluten free friendly. I had falafel plate, falafels without any wheat so reliable. But I didn't enjoy the sauce and its texture that much. And it costs nearly 30sgd..And another plantbased ball, I don't see much difference between falafels and this veggie ball. Almost same but it was even more expensive because it was on the daily special menu. Don't get it.It's quite popular among vegans and vegetarians I saw, but I think I am somewhat spoiled in other places than in Singapore to indulge variety of originally vegan and vegetarian and gluten free. I don't see any reason to return to this place. And the toilet was disgusting... Not flushed and the it's right across the kitchen..

Quintessential vegetarian fine dining experience in Singapore. Been around forever but still retains innovation and taste. Loved the impossible pizza. The set lunches are an incredible value and the restaurant doesn't sting on portions or the best desserts.Service was particularly good on the day we went. Reservations advisable, was crowded on a weekday for lunch.

It is the first time i’ve visited Singapore and decided to try Original Sin. From first glimpse of the restaurant, the design of the interior and exterior is beautiful. The tiled tables add a beautiful touch to the outdoors. The staff is very friendly and provide a great atmosphere in the restaurant. I am unable to eat dairy as i am allergic. I thought I would try the food here since it is vegetarian and I hoped they’d have good options for me since it is often difficult to find. Of all the dishes i ordered, none of them disappointed. The chefs were able to make each dish entirely lactose free (even the pizza!). I got the impossible pizza, risotto, and truffle fries. Each of which were used with dairy substitutes. The impossible meat on the impossible pizza tasted so good I completely forgot it wasn’t real meat! Overall it was a great experience between the restaurants culture and the spectacular food. I will definitely be coming back before I leave.

You won't believe how rare it is to have a Mediterranean vegetarian place that has so many allium free options, including the Pizzas. Glad to see original sin survive the pandemic when many didn't.The Moussaka and Mediterranean pizza were good, though a little too salty but that's probably just me. Nice ambience for a date with friends or the significant other, especially over a good conversation. You pay for the quality. Enjoy!

Attentive service, the absolute go-to place to celebrate any special occasion. You can book online and make order ahead on selected dishes with some discount. If you cant decide, then just buy the vouchers with a small discount. Still worth it.

Still great after 20 years! I moved from SG for a long time and a JC friend reminded me about this place. So glad it’s still going strong and also that they have some decent vegan options. My favourite were the specials - roasted eggplant with pepper sauce and arancini with asparagus. I hope they keep these dishes on the menu, especially the roasted eggplant as it’s one of the few dishes that can be fully veganized by switching the tzatziki for hummus.

Great food, since many years ago. Vegetarian but meat eaters will enjoy this place too.Mezze platter was quite big even for 2 pax.Really enjoyed the moussaka and the Spanakopita. If you pay by cash there is some free ice cream.

Original Sin is one of the pioneers when it comes to 100% vegetarian restaurant in Singapore.Over the years I would pay them a visit and each time I had delicious food & good dining experience. To avoid disappointment, esp when planning for weekend dining or with a large group, suggest to book/make an online reservation which is super easy.I do not eat onions and garlic and Original Sin has several dishes which they can make without allium. Some of my faves/my order:Appetiser: Roasted Cauliflower ($20) delicious crunch, charred cauliflower with handful of chickpeas served with capsicum puree. Delish! My only feedback is the small portion.Main: Spaghetti Burrata ($31). The pasta is al dente, the tomato sauce is tasty and slightly spicy (the way I like it) and the burrata is just delicious. Portion of the pasta is good.Between the 2 of us we had a starter, 2 mains, a dessert & shared a bottle of sparkling water. Total bill came to about $110ish. Alright for a fancier meal, in my opinion.Highly recommend this place for vegan, vegetarian, Jain vegetarian and anyone looking to enjoy a nice plant-based meal in a fancy-casual environment.

Vegetarian restaurant

Chinese restaurant

LingZhi Vegetarian Restaurant is a Chinese vegetarian restaurant that offers a lunch buffet with an innovative list of ingredients. They also offer vegetarian dim sum and classic Chinese dishes.

A restaurant that specializes in vegetarian dim sum and offers a delightful buffet lunch experience. One of the standout features of this restaurant is its wide array of vegetarian dim sum options. As a vegetarian, I often find it challenging to find a place that offers a diverse selection of meat-free dishes, especially when it comes to dim sum. However, this restaurant exceeded my expectations by providing an extensive range of vegetarian dim sum choices. The ambiance of the restaurant was another noteworthy aspect. The tasteful decor, soothing music, and comfortable seating created a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. The dining area was spacious enough to accommodate large groups, making it an ideal spot for family gatherings or friendly get-togethers.Overall, my experience at this vegetarian dim sum restaurant was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of a diverse and delicious selection of dim sum, impeccable service, and inviting ambiance made it a standout dining destination. Whether you're a vegetarian or simply someone looking to explore the world of vegetarian dim sum, this restaurant is an absolute gem. I highly recommend visiting to savor the delightful flavors and enjoy the top-notch service provided.

Good place for vegetarian food.I really liked the butter mushroom as it was incredibly crisp and luscious in taste and texture. The fried rice is pretty good as it is soft and fluffy. It has a certain savouriness to it and it’s flavour is enhanced. The beans were also carefully seasoned and tasted crisp and amazing. Finally the noodles were really tasty and tasted like heaven. The mango pomelo sago was incredibly good too. It was sweet and bitter.Overall, a good place.

Finally, a chance to visit this delightful restaurant with old folks. They loved the variety and taste, the clean and neat environment, and the very friendly staff. Dishes are thoughtful and unique, well cooked, and pleasant presentation. The portions are deceivingly small as you get filled up quickly with each delicious morsel. Switched to steamed brown rice for an even healthier option.

Never cross in my mind that I would go back to this all time fave eatery to dine-in during CNY festive again. As this year 2024, I had already chosen another veggie eatery. So I never think of it. Who knows that it really gave me a lovely surprise. Appreciate 😋

Overall the food was good, but the waiting of the food takes a bit too long. We were told by the staff to keep ordering as we only have 90 minutes and the QR code will expire. The reason why my friends and I did not order so many food at one go, because we want to try out if the food is to our liking before ordering more portion.Weekend (Saturday) lunch - per person $40+/- including peanuts and hot tea

A very exquisite vegetarian culinary arts dining experience. I opted for the 5-course set menu B. The plating and food presentation was fabulous and the taste of the food was very well balanced and had a good mixture of different flavours and textures. Its ambience and environment is very nice and ideal for private events and business meals if you book their private tables. Although it's pricier, it's worth the money for all that you get to enjoy.

First time trying this vegetarian restaurant. Location is a bit hidden and usual to find. I have heard of this vegetarian restaurant as a very well-known yet long-established restaurant. Ww tried out during Day-2 CNY.Service staff are generally good. I like vegetarian food but for the dishes we ordered today as mostly their popular dishes. Taste wise not to my liking as it is a lot of fried cooking method, feel oily and unhealthy. You can't really taste the original taste of natural vegetarian ingredients.Price on a steep side. 5 of us cost $350+

I didn't expect to find a restaurant tucked away on the fifth floor of Liat Tower. Rating this experience is challenging because while I appreciated the service, the dishes I sampled today were pretty average. Perhaps not a good day for the chef. Here's what I ordered from the à la carte menu:1. Firecracker Monkey Head Mushroom2. Sweet and Sour Button Mushroom with Green Apple3. Chilled Spinach Wrapped in Seaweed served with Sesame Sauce - the sauce is a must for dipping the spinach4. White Asparagus with Oyster Mushroom (off-menu)5. Zha Jiang Noodles - pretty good6. Crispy Charcoal Milk Roll

Found Vege Coffee through google map. Good ambience. Friendly staff. Greeted by Boss man. From the way he serve us, can tell Boss loves what he do. Good food. Reasonable price. Ask Boss about coffee. His coffee are R&D by them. After ordering to his recommendation, he even serve a small cup of other coffee for us to try out. How’s that for passion! We are coming back. Vegetarian of 20 years. This is where they deserve more than 5 stars. I almost forget to mention they don’t take tax & service charge. I decide to leave a $10 tip for his staff. Boss says we don’t take tips. He will incentivise staff accordingly. This restaurant deserve your business.

Loving Hut is a vegan-friendly chain store in Singapore that offers a variety of Asian-inspired dishes. The menu has varied by location, but all locations offer delicious cuisine made with only plant-based ingredients. The casual dining establishments are well-maintained and have calming atmospheres which make them perfect for vegans and meat-free eaters alike.

Pleasant experience! It's a simple and fuss free outlet. I have only been here once but it is one of my favorite vegan restaurants. The food is very affordable and is great value for the portions you get. We got a variety of dishes and the food came out promptly. The food was delicious and we ended up getting a couple more dishes.

Derek Mathieson — Google review

Specially made a trip down to Loving Hut to try their food after seeing many good reviews on Google, but the experience was rather disappointing with both the food and service, especially when there’s a 10% service charge. For two person, we ordered the banana leaf nasi campur set, tomyam ocean hotpot set, 5 spice Teochew roll, Thai tofu and a vegan beer. Most of the food was not bad, except the Tom yam hotpot ingredient look nowhere close to what was shown in the menu, the spring roll that came with it have very little filling and the skin was thick, it was also soft and cold when served. On the service aspect, there’s totally no eye contact from the staff and cashier, when food was served, it was just placed on the side of the table (seated on a table for 4 pax) and walked off. The staff also started to clear our table including our soup when we were still eating without checking whether we still want the soup. When come to payment, the cashier just mentioned the amount for payment without getting me to check the receipt to confirm on the items ordered.

Roland — Google review

Been looking for a good Nasi Goreng and who knew I would find it in a vegetarian bistro. Love the spice to the rice, and the satay sauce was wonderfully done as well. The toasted peanuts added some crunch and the small bowl of soup balanced out the heat.I think Loving Hut has so much potential to look like a hip Taiwan or Bali vegan hang out. They just need to tweak their interior, menu, and plating just a little. So much potential!

Amazing vegetarian food that can be catered to vegan options as well, ordered the famous char kway teow and laksa and didn't disappoint!Laksa was more spices than milky style, good portions and variety of tofu used. Flavorful!Char kway teow was full of wokhey and more towards sweeter side. I suspect it was prepared earlier as they served it very fast and was alittle soggy but flavor 10/10. Maybe if you order without onion/garlics it may be freshly prepared ;) almost as good as the non-veg version outside!Apart from that, prices for drinks are alittle steep and prices of sides are way too expensive. Maybe to increase trial and offtake, owner can look into reducing portion size and prices to make it more affordable.

Had the char siew not bad, too sweet to my liking. Fish is good. However the service is disappointing. Given an order we didn’t order the waitress actually come and confronted us, saying we ordered and show her displeasure and bad services. Place the food loudly on the table. We were also charged the fish we didn’t ordered and eat.Didnt even offer a refund. Disappointed. will not visit.

#Visit on 4 Nov 2021#For those who do not know, Loving Hut is an international vegan restaurant chain. The interesting part is the Loving Hut restaurants in different countries serve different dishes, especially local cuisine. The restaurant has special dishes on different day, and I planned to order the Kway Chap (Teochew noodle soup) as it is holiday today. However the staff placed the wrong order to "Oyster" omelette. Nevertheless, I went ahead with the wrong order. It is a bit floury, similar to most hawker stalls' oyster omelette (o-luak) in Singapore, but their chilli sauce is the savior.I also ordered a "fresh beancurn skin kailan shrooms". Like the name suggested, it is stir fried bean curb, kailan, and mushrooms. It was very tasty. I will come back on another day to try other dishes.#Visit on 13 Nov 2021#I finally get to try the Kway Chap. It is not disappointing at all. The soup is tasty. The noodle is silky smooth. The "meat" are likely made of beancurb, and texture is comparable to the real thing. However I would prefer if the soup is served hotter, as it was sort of lukewarm.Note to restaurant: appreciate if the plastic straw for coconut not to be reused, as I can see bite marks and it is gross. I am fine without the plastic straw. (I will remove this in my next review update.)

This is my first visit to this restaurant. It’s located in Mount Austin nearby Tesco and HSIJB. It was easy to locate as it was just by the main road and was easily accessible. It is also wheelchair friendly as well.I wanted to try their dessert and decided to order the Sesame Ice Cream with Glutinous ball topped with coconut shaved ice.It was truly delicious ! The price is reasonable and the order reached the table within 10 mins. The staffs are friendly as well.Would certainly return to try their savoury desert and wide range of meatless cuisines.

Nice n cosy place. Offering breakfast starting from 1 Sep 23. Wide range of options from the menu. Not on any delivery platform but can call the shop to order and shop will arrange delivery via Grab.

Amazingly wide selection of mains and dessert. They even have dedicated page for their toast bread menu. All of their food were tasty with decent portions. Their curry lava egg and egg mayo toast bread was great! I will definitely come again if I'm in the area!

Vegetarian and dessert restaurant, mostly here for the dessert which are always top notch quality, not washed down with water and good portioning. Personal favourite is black sesame soup(more like paste!), super thick and fragrant.

Came here once for dinner and we are impressed with the food. Basically everything we ordered are nice and awesome ^^ cant recall the name of dishes we ordered but the curry is very tasty. The rice is yummy. They do serve good range of desserts as well. The dessert is awesome too.Service need to be slightly improved becoz i was waiting at the front door for skwmtime before finally someone greeted me and offer us a table. We understood it a Sunday night and everyone might have worked themselves out during the dinner time. It was around 8 pm though. Nonetheless i am glad that the waiter didn't ask me to come next day coz we are a bit close to closing time 😅 and im grateful for his truthful to inform us what type of dishes which have less waiting time. Im gladly accepted his suggestions as i am having 3 kids that worn out from legoland with me.Great place for hang out . Nice ambient and settings. Great food with variety and lot desserts to offer. Im sure i will come again next time if i am in town. ^^

The rice is underwhelming for a recommendation in menu. The vermicelli was pretty good tho. Desserts are ok.

Edwan Tham — Google review

Food was somewhat ok, but the service is terribly slow. There weren't even many customers in the shop, at most 6 tables occupied. The waiters and waitresses were mostly waiting around the collection table for the food to be cooked and ready to be served. It seems like they needed more cooks than waiters/ waitresses. Our food took incredibly long to be served, especially when it was just mushroom soup and drinks. Our mains came first, then the soup, then drinks, then dessert, which we had to constantly ask if it was ready yet. They also only cleared our empty plates only when we asked, when there was no space to put our desserts/ soups. We constantly had to ask them when our orders were coming.Okay food but not worth the waiting time. They did compensate us with bigger sized drinks for the long waiting time, so that was good.

Taro Mee Hoon is salty for my personal preference. Will request to exclude the salty plum 咸梅子 n preservd vegetables 咸菜.Black sesame paste is good, not sweet just nice. Big portionMango with sago & homemade pomelo ice cream, andSweet sesame with Cashew nut is 👍👍On service, good friendly dining environment 👍

The waiters and waitress here are nice! Nowadays, people will like to have some small dessert after lunch or dinner, and here is a good place which combine main dishes and dessert! You can also order first and ask the waiter or waitress to serve later.

Super duper many books! But didn’t go near and take a look.Soya bean: not too sweet, remember to stir completely before drink!Toast: with ?purple rice and butter, new combination and texture, not too bad.Pasta: tasty but relatively smaller portion, might not feel full after this solo meal.Bun with egg mayo: looks bigger than photo, definitely will feel full.No more capacity in stomach to try their dessert.Friendly staffs.

I was visited this place so many times. It’s very nice vegetarian food. The staff was very nice and I enjoyed my time here. I really love it 🥰I recommend Plum lemonade juice!

Sirah Felicia — Google review

The dessert is really worth trying, the other dishes are ok but the serving is a bit small. Spicy dishes are really 中辣起跳, but very fragrant curry. The wonton noodles is nice. Penang Chee Cheong fan is like dry yong tau foo served with Chee Cheong fan. 楊枝甘露 and coconut mango shake are yums.

Karen Teo — Google review

Vegetarian casual dining. Despite the name, it serves a lot of savory food from breakfast till dinner.Food is delicious but the serving size is on the small side especially given the price.Menu could be consolidated - there are 2 physical book type menus, one for dessert and another for mains, one foldable menu plus another flip menu on the table. Some of the items overlap.Ginger hericium dried noodles - Unique take on hericium with ginger sauce more commonly seen in chicken rice used for the mushroom on chewy noodles.Vegetable sauce chee cheong fun - Plain rice rolls in a savory soy sauce with herbs on top. Rice rolls are soft which goes well with the sauce but there are no vegetables other than the herbs despite what the name says.Black Sesame and cashew nut - Very nice dessert where the sesame and cashew nut go well with each other.

Peichien Lee — Google review

There are both main dish and desserts here (all vegetarian). Both are delicious, especially the desserts! The desserts are not sweet at all and taste good! There's a unique item in the menu, which is the matcha toast. The taste is interesting. Would really recommend ppl to come here to try out their desserts! There's a big bookshelf that consists of many books. There are also some toys and games for kids to play if needed.

Joey Lim — Google review

What was really good:- huge variety of food, drinks and dessert. I personally had the weekend only special of "chicken in wine". Was more vinegary rather than wine/lees. Still enjoyable. I had the milkcurd with sago - delightful finish to the meal.- ambience - nice and calming. Walls lined with books with games available for those who wish to occupy time with that.- service - prompt and friendlyWhat was just slightly confusing - the number of menus - 2booklwts, one fold out, and one flip chart - which had some overlapping items and some unique items on each menu. So was a little confusing and needed to do comparisons. Suggest to consolidate menu to make it easier for customers.

Excellent dumplings, really loved them because they are fresh and tasty!Same with the lasagna, no meat didn't mean less taste, quite the contrary actually!I recommend this place for the good and also healthy food :)

The food was super good! I'm glad I made the ride here! The customer service was no so good but that has been my experience in Singapore hahaha 🤣 you must try the vegan dumplings they are the best! I also had the Nasi Lemak and it was delicious 😋🤤.It's in B1 so take the elevator then go through the door on your left lol.

I had a nourishing meal here with the lemak fish ($12.90), which came with brown rice, lots of fresh and cooked veggies and "fish" slices covered with a fragrant sauce. They also have an award-winning lasagna, a vegan Magnum ice cream, dumplings and many other interesting dishes. Will be trying this place again while I work in the area! The food is healthy and thoughtfully cooked.

Davina Tham — Google review

A quiet and unassuming eatery in the basem*nt of Havelock II. The menu is quite small but is fully vegan (not many allium-free options), mainly featuring local dishes; popular items are the lasagne and dumplings. There is also a blackboard menu with some daily or seasonal specials. Taste leans towards being light and healthy. I would recommend the lasagne and almond brown rice milk! Hope the menu can be expanded and also hope the place can be spruced up a little. Few minutes' walk from Clarke Quay MRT and Chinatown MRT.

One of the trusted place for vegetarian food. Always enjoy the simple but nice offering there... Assam fish has the sour kick. Nasi Lemak was great with the chilli.

Leo C — Google review

The lasagne is worth a try! It was super tasty and yet healthy. The dumpling skin is slightly too thick but the filling was delicious. Laksa was ok, the curry is good but perhaps it would have paired better with thick bee hoon.

JY — Google review

I found this place by defying my norm and following the mall operator’s “MORE SHOPS AT B1” standee. It was a weekend afternoon; the entire B1 was drenched in silence and shuttered shops except for this restaurant. So I came to see what the community said, benefitted from it, and now I’m here to pay back. The chicken rice was better than a lot of the actual chicken rice I’ve had. They used brown rice for carbs, and I thought they paired well with the chicken rice seasonings. The blanched veggies were far from bland — the way they prepared it accentuated the natural sweetness of the veggies. The chicken were, of course, slices of yuba. I love yuba. I’m quite happy with my plate.I had a cup of warm almond brown rice milk. It had a hint of artificial sweetness to it, but I liked the general taste and mouthfeel.I’m glad for the detour!

In case your looking for the restaurant it's downstairs in B1, we went for dinner and it was very quiet. Ordered the clay pot rice which was the highlight! Dumplings were so so with to much wrap for my taste. Laksa was ok also. Overall it was quick service and Decent food. You have to order also at the counter and pay upfront.

Angie Mead King — Google review

This place looks... ordinary... in fact a little plain and obscure. But, the food is phenomenally good. Seriously they should be awarded a Michelin Star.Came highly recommended by my partner, and despite a long work day, we chose to go for dinner. We ordered what you see in the pictures--and we were blown away. Really, very good, no it's outstanding.Everything is good, and I particularly like the dumplings, the Nonya laksa, Lasagne, especially the Korean noodle Jajangmyeon, I must go back there and eat again! And the cheese cake is to die for! They have a reputation for THE BEST VEGETARIAN LASAGNE in Singapore, voiced by Food Critics, and I can tell you, you would have wasted your trip if you did not try it!The service is personal, plain, direct and friendly (no airs). The people here are just down to earth, and the food service is fast. It's best to go in the evening, because it's in the CBD area, and therefore day time it would be crowded. This is a vegan place, so for those of you are allergic to milk or preservatives, you can eat with a peace of mind.I would highly recommend this place, give a 4.5 Star. The 1/2 star missing is for them to include more local favourite like the Char Kway Teow and perhaps Hor Fun. Really all they serve there is very very good. Go and thank me later. Just go!

Wie b l — Google review

Decided to visit this place with a vegetarian friend after reading great reviews on it online. Not sure if my expectations were too lofty, or because of my non-vegetarian palate, but the experience was rather disappointing. The lasagna - taste was ok, but the texture was a tad dry, and very carby. Struggled to finish it, really. The side salad definitely helped to offset the carbiness a little. My friend had the fish bee hoon soup (which i didn’t manage to picture, but it looked ordinary enough). Being a long-time vegetarian, she said she’s easily tried numerous better-tasting vegetarian fish beehoons in SG, and that this was mediocre at best. The seaweed rolls - basically raw julienned veggies wrapped in seaweed were pretty good tho.

Huiling Eu — Google review

Keep in mind that the menu is vegan, so having an entire menu from pasta to laksa is awesome. We ordered the dumplings, lasagna, and bakuteh rice. All were on the healthy end. If you eat healthy and eat vegan, come here. This place deserves more love than it gets. They also accept QR payment so use Grab. Look forward to coming again sometime.

The Restaurant is located nearby SK TmnDaya2 in a housing area adjacent to rows of shop lots. The restaurant provides an outdoor and indoor dining experience. Both the compartments were kept clean and the walkways are not obstructed. Both compartments are wheelchair friendly. The staffs were friendly however the prices for the mix rice is on the higher side. Nevertheless the variety seems to do justice to compensate for the price. You can either chose to have the mix rice (indoor) or ala carte items such as lontong, mee rebus, Laksa and others (pics attached). I had toufu / Veg fish/ 2 Vege. They were delicious.I would certainly return again.

I’ve been here many times since 2019. However this is my 1st review on this restaurant. I would say the restaurant is conveniently located nearby KIP Mart and in Indian Street opposite Paradigm Mall. The interior as most vegetarian shops are quite calming and the background music played was quick to get you into the mood of eating. The staffs were kind and responsive as well. The lady boss who is often found at the cashier is quite friendly. The food was prepared and presented well. My personal favourite is the Tom Yam Friend Noodle. TBH my favourite since 2019. Since I was visiting with a friend, we went on and ordered a few other dishes. The Yam basked was initially made soggy when pointed out to the staffs, they were kind enough to prepare a new set of the dish.Otherwise I would certainly return here again ! Certainly for the Tom Yum Fried Noodle.JSR

If you've had your fill of Indian-style Roti Canai, why not switch things up with a visit to Ming Tong Vegetarian Restaurant for a taste of the Chinese version? You're in for a delightful surprise with their unique take on this classic dish.

Family and I have been dining here for more than 10 years. We love the Kosong Pratas ($1.80RM), telur egg pratas ($2.50RM), and the vegetarian Murtabak stuffed with mock meat ($5.00RM) and cabbage is also delicious! The pratas are light, crunchy and always freshly made. We were never served prata left aside or pre-made. They’re always made fresh! The dried noodles is also yummy, ban mian is very popular with customers. The kway Teow is great for elderly for breakfast and I personally enjoyed the Nasi Lemak very much!Although the food may take some waiting we have always patiently waited because we love the food here and feel it’s always made with care. The standard of the food remain unchanged throughout the years. The noodle aunty is also very kind and is happy to provide more sambal when we ask.Home brewed Luo Han Guo drink is also delicious!5 adults and 2 child cost about $40+ ringgit for a satisfying breakfastNOTE: for those with elderly and kids, please be careful walking along the gutters nearby which were not properly covered.

This is the only vegetarian shop at Taman Ungku Tun Aminah that serves a variety of roti, such as roti kosong, roti telur, roti kobis, and roti bulat only, if you are craving for roti Sardine, sorry, they do not serve that. Roti is the main selling point here, accompanied with their dhal, I would say it is not to my taste and my standard, because I have tasted a better vegetarian dhal curry. Besides their famous roti, they do serve "kuey teow kia, mee hoon kuey, wan ton mee", it is quite a public taste, you may want to try out their new recipe, nasi briyani, they literally use Basmati rice (long skinny rice), serve with achar, mutton curry and deep fried battered cauli flower. I fancy the rice and curry very much, but not achar and deep fried cauli flower...

Simple food. Not a must try eating place.Place is hot, humid and not very ventilated. One thing I hate most at this place is the service... They are extremely slow in taking and serving your orders.
